We had a major mainline blockage that required us to have an exterior clean-out installed in the front yard (a lot of these older homes just don't have one for some reason). Anyhow, the first quote I got from a company came it at $3k, and they claimed they were giving me a ""great deal"" because, I was a previous customer. That price didn't really jive with me, so I got Chris's contact info from a neighbor, and he was able to do what we needed for less than half of what the other guys quoted me and had everything up and running the afternoon after I reached out to him. He was also super friendly, and I'll for sure be reaching out to him shortly when we redo our master bath.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that was built in 1928. Needless to say, over the years, some odd plumbing fixes had been made throughout the house. Chris came to install a new tankless water heater for us and not only worked around some of these kludgy, old repairs, he fixed some of them for us as part of the work of installing the water heater. He is SO conscientious and detail-oriented and treated our home as if it were his own. To boot, he is friendly, personable and a nice guy to have around your house for a few hours (or a few days)!

Last friday morning, I found a leak in my laundry room and the worst thing was my new tenants are supposed to move in the next day. I couldnt find any plumbers that I knew were available. Someone recommended Chris from Everlasting plumbing.
He came, gave me a quote, went to get the part and got it fix!

He is patiently answering all my questions, willingly checking all the bathrooms equipment make sure they all working properly. He also help me to cut and installed my washer tray at no extra cost.
