Zak is a true professional that gave honest and fair quotes and went above and beyond his scope of work to finish a job another contractor wouldn't finish. If I could give him more stars, I would! I've had him out for various repairs from bathroom sink help to rerouting and updating the drainage for our new washing machine. I've referred him to others more times than I can count on both hands. I had Zak give me an estimate to replace some galvanized with PEX. Replace my claw foot tub's drain, and repair a basement drain. Zak was very professional, personable, and informative. Unfortunately he found some issues with one of my drain pipes in the basement that was setup for the laundry drain. However, he was able to work with me to find a solution that didn't break the bank. He explained multiple solutions to give me options which I appreciated. He provided multiple pictures (as I was unable to be on site), and spent time answering all my questions throughout the process.
He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Zak is now my go to plumber, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Over 6 years ago I had a life changing injury that caused me to become paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. I had to remodel my bathroom to be wheelchair accessible. Zak did the plumbing for my roll in shower and my roll in sink and also relocated my toilet. It's been over 6 years and I have no issues. The way he plumbed my toilet(used my exist toilet, I didn't buy a new one) it flushes better than before. He did an amazing job. He is very honest and just a good guy.
My Dad passed away June 2018, we were having a big ceremony at my mom's house, my mom needed a new kitchen sink and a pipe
was leaking in the bathroom. We called Zak and he came out right away and installed the kitchen sink and fixed the leak in the bathroom. My mom was so grateful of Zak. In a time of mourning he relieved my mom of one less thing to stressed about.
My husband called him a few weeks ago to help with extended some drain pipes and he was able to come out the same day. I would highly recommend him.
