Zak was great: don't hesitate to call him. I got my bathroom sink snaked this morning (not by Zak), and that caused the basement drain pipe to burst--it was paper-thin. Not the drain guy's fault, just ancient plumbing. Anyway, he recommended Zak. He was here by mid-afternoon and in two hours it was better than new, for a reasonable price. He explained everything he did, and wrote it down in detail on the invoice as well.

He has a genuine enthusiasm for his job and is an excellent interpreter of the mysteries of plumbing. I like that he's an independent small business. Also, I ended up asking for an estimate for repiping the house and a new supply line (he specializes in repiping old houses), and I was impressed that he encouraged me to get other estimates.

Also a genuine dog lover, which counts for a lot in my book. He's definitely the first one I'll call next time.

If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable and professional at a reasonable price, then look no further. We've used Zak twice now; once about a year ago to install a new kitchen sink faucet and replace the old plumbing, then again last week to replace our leaky outdoor faucet.

What's great about Zak is that I know I can trust him to get the job done right. He's always on time, very responsive to texts and top of that he's a genuinely nice guy that's easy to talk to. I feel lucky to have Zak's number and will continue to go to him for our plumbing needs.

Zak was awesome. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with licensed work. He removed my galvanized piping in my 1911 house and completely redid the plumbing. He gave me a detailed estimate and description of the work to be performed and finished in his estimated time which was fast! Communication was easy and he listened to exactly what I needed. I have nothing but praise for him and his work and will be recommending him to anyone that wants a plumbing job done correctly while being treated like a person and not just a paycheck.

I called Zak in a bit of a panic because our kitchen sink water pressure dropped the day before we were set to list our house for sale. Assuming the worst, I thought for sure there was a leak in our pipes. Zak was booked out for a month but still took the time to walk me through a few debugging scenarios I could do myself over the phone and offered his opinion on what he thought it could be. Lucky for me, his suggestion worked and water pressure was restored (crisis averted!). I REALLY appreciated Zak's professionalism and willingness to help over the phone. Zak did a great job removing galvanized pipes and re-routing the water lines in my 100 year old house. He was responsive via email, phone, and text; accommodating to various requests from me and my wife; and got the work done as planned. After BDS inspected and approved, he came back to finish the work very quickly (an exterior pipe / access point needed to be covered back up).

Replaced our garbage disposal at a great price. Friendly,clean, honest. While he was at our home, we asked him to look at two of our toilets. He spent plenty of time making sure we understood everything about the issues with our toilets but never pressed us to use his services. We're having him come back to replace the two toilets at a very reasonable price. We highly recommended him.
