I had a great experience from start to finish with Zak. His quote was the lowest of three (but not alarmingly so) and he also offered options for less expensive fixes if I could not afford to do the full recommended job. He and his colleague were extremely respectful of my home/schedule/pet needs while they were working.

There was a homeowner's claim involved in there with and Zak was incredibly helpful in explaining to me what needed to be done next and connecting me to the next set of contractors needed.

Also, we are a household that requires masking and Zak and team were gracious and respectful about honouring this request.

10/10 experience (except for having a plumbing disaster). Will use Everlast for any future plumbing needs and have already recommended them to friends.

Plus, they created an easier to access shut off valve to avoid future winter pipe freeze damage--very helpful for our 1893 house. I had an emergency and contacted several plumbing services listed on Yelp today. Due to the winter storm, all the highly-reviewed companies were fully booked for the next 2-3 weeks. While scrolling, I came across Everlasting Plumbing, which had fewer reviews, and hoped they might have a sooner appointment. After sending a quote request, Zak declined, explaining that he was booked for the next 3 weeks as well. However, what set him apart was his next step. He requested my phone number and images of the issue, then called me to share what he would do if it were his own house. Although we couldn't execute exactly what he suggested and basically gave up, our attempts surprisingly made a difference, resolving the problem. To our delight, we hadn't experienced water pressure this high in the shower for years.

Although Zak didn't physically come to our house, he generously took time out of his day to assist me, a stranger, over the phone, free of charge. Notably, our issue wasn't even his main specialty, but he wasn't hesitant to admit it and still offered valuable guidance. He also referred me to another company just in case. We're thrilled that the problem is resolved and are immensely grateful for his assistance.

Zak was SO helpful and amazing. It was after dinner when I noticed a leak outside my house. I messaged Everlast / Zak on Yelp (among other plumbers) and Zak was the first plumber to respond - within minutes. He seem genuinely concerned. He came out THAT night to resolve the issue and helped me understand exactly what was happening. Super nice, quick, respectful, and didn't gouge me with a crazy invoice for all that he was doing. I would definitely recommend him!

I can't praise Zak and Dylan enough for their professionalism and quality work. We did a bathroom remodel this year on a 1913 house and ran into a series of unexpected problems. These guys are so resourceful and trustworthy and kind. There seems to be nothing they can't figure out and do. I recommend them 100%.

Our ancient washtub where our washing machine drains finally met its maker, a clog that couldn't be remedied. We were leaving for vacation later that week and needed the do all of our kid's laundry. Zak came out same day, ripped out the ancient sink and drain pipes, replaced the old galvanized water lines, installed a new washtub and laundry box so that all was draining properly. Everything was clean when he finished and our kids had clean clothes for vacation. Will happily call him for all future plumbing needs.

Zak is the owner of Everlast Plumbing and he and Dylan did a top-notch job plumbing my bathroom remodel (on a 1947 home) which included sink, tub an toilet. I also had them replace a kitchen faucet and install an outside warm/cold water hose bib. There were tricky areas when working on the bathroom because of it being an older home - esp the tub area - things weren't level/square anymore so they had to contend with that but they took it in stride and made it all come together! Zak made sure that I was happy with his work and he listened when I had questions. He and Dylan communicated well with me and the GC. Easy to work, good people, great work ethic and and did great work - I will look to hire him for future plumbing needs!
