I need to figure out if I can do this work on my own and get the parts from kohler for free under warranty. If not, I'm calling these guys based on their great customer service.

Had a sewage backup emergency today after the rain we have been getting in San Francisco. With time being of the essence since more rain was on it's way Jeff came out within just a couple of hours.

Jeff did a great job explaining to me what he was doing, what potential causes were, how to prevent them in the future, and all of this at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I got on Yelp.

Invoice process is also super easy and convenient, his secretary emails you shortly after the completion of the job and you simply pay online.

I would absolutely recommend Jeff to any family or friends in need of a good plumber.
