It isn't an everyday thing anymore for owners to check up on a small bathroom remodel but Evergreen did. I had a basement full bathroom remodeled and these guys handled all the plumbing. They are absolutely amazing! The work was high quality and the service equally as good. The job was finished on time and under budget.

I had an emergency with a recurring toilet stoppage in my home. I was able to clear it once myself, but moments later it immediately backed up and started overflowing. My bathroom was flooded with brown water! In a panic, I called Evergreen Mechanical as I was afraid of damaging my apartment and the apartment below me. Alex sent a snaking crew and within the hour had men at my apartment. They removed my toilet, ran a snake machine through the line, and cleared my blockage. They even stayed around and tested the toilet for good measure. Very satisfied with the swift, professional service provided. Lastly, they gave me this awesome free hat! Highly recommend!!!

We just started up our boiler for the first time this season only to discover that it wasn't maintaining temperature! Anxious that we were going to be stuck without heat as the cold weather approaches, we decided to call Evergreen Mechanical. Within an hour after speaking with Alex, he had a boiler technician at my front door ready to troubleshoot my unit. The tech was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable, and was able to surmise with relative ease that the thermocouple on my boiler needed to be replaced. Lucky for me, he had the part already stocked on his truck. All in all the job only took a few hours. They even stuck around to do some boiler education (do's and dont's when turning on your boiler for the season). Thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Evergreen. Would gladly use them again if the need arises.

Evergreen Mechanical saved the day! My coop said I had a leak and recommended I call their plumber immediately. I decided to use my plumber instead. The Evergreen Mechanical dispatcher routed a plumbing team to the building hearing the urgency in my request. (Even though the building kept them waiting a while to enter due to new protocols, the plumbers were courteous, professional and clean, as usual.) The Evergreen Mechanical plumbing team did a thorough diagnostic review of the leak on two floors and they realized that it was NOT my unit that was leaking even after the building insisted it was. Evergreen Mechanical Corporation saved me thousands of dollars in unfair charges by the management company by being super conscientious, knowledgeable and compassionate. They sought answers and they did not take the easy road by listening to management's scenario. Great plumbing detective work! Thank you to the Evergreen Mechanical Team for being skilled and honest. PS I used them once before in NYC to fix a sink handle and to anchor a toilet and that was also a positive experience with fair pricing. Bravo! I will hire them again.
