We're a condo complex. Everett committed to doing a sewer lateral job for us. They got part way through it and disappeared. We have paid them for everything they've done, promptly. Last we heard they were returning at the end of September to complete work and we never heard from them again. They won't answer calls or emails. Tremendous disappointment, and as a result, I would not recommend Everett for anything. They are undependable, incommunicative, and I can only sum it up by saying unprofessional. If there is some hardship they are experiencing, we're all ears. All you have to do is let us know you can't perform, and recommend another service that can complete the work they started. But they did not do that. No communication at all. November, 2018.

After an obnoxious shower leak that led to us having to cap our shower (due to the negligence of an after-hours plumber), we went through about 4 plumbers all of which were quoting us $1000+ for swapping out the parts on our London-made shower head. While we completely understand that our shower is not anything standard, Everett quoted us an amazing $200.

I've met Christine, Jeremy, and their son and they were all amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Jeremy and his son got the work done in under 30 minutes and we finally had a working shower again.

After arranging an on-site visit to view the work required at the end of June, was told the job was accepted and that a return visit would be necessary to more closely examine the crawlspace in order to write up an accurate price quote. Three weeks and five voice messages later, not a single call returned, no quote, and no further business. Really? Not a single employee could take 60 seconds out of their busy day to call or text your customer?

I would have given Everett ten stars were it possible. They were prompt and courteous, but what impressed me most was their honesty. I needed work done quickly with a problem in my sewer line. They could have told me I needed a completely new line and I would have been none the wiser, but Jeremy showed me the video of the problems, told me exactly what was going to be done beforehand and and gave me a price estimate - and he stuck to the estimate. They only replaced the segment of the line that was necessary. They also worked over the weekend for the emergency part of the service. They could have billed more, but like the their slogan indicates, they are honest and efficient - a family business with integrity. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will absolutely call them again whenever I need assistance.

I have had two very satisfying contacts with Everett. First, after being told by another contractor that it could not be done, they did a great job of rerouting heating ducts away from the center of a basement room. Then they installed a new gas heater despite challenges in venting it through the thick ground-floor walls in my 1907 house. They were very responsive and followed through on all promises.

i hired them to replaced a hot water heater. After they installed the first one, they discovered it was defective. No problem; they replaced it.
After 6 months, the pilot light would not stay lite. The warranty for the heater states ""6 years parts and 1 year labor"" for the unit. Made 2 phone calls to Everett over a 1 week period and never received a call back.
Apparently they don't do warranty work.

I hired Jeremy Everett Plumbing & Heating to move a heat vent from one wall to another. They came out and gave me an estimate and a description of the work required. They gave me a range that was acceptable to me. When Everett came, they again reexamined the work to be done to be sure of the effort. They brought everything they needed, put down moving blankets and were very neat. The work was very professional. Jeremy was very friendly, enthusiastic, and always had a smile. I will defiantly call him again for any heating or plumbing need.

I saw the Everett Plumbing & Heating truck in my 'hood and called them. Within two days they were at my door to check out my ancient floor heater that I feared would burn the house down if I turned it on again. Jeremy checked it out and advised me to clean out the muck, and pointed out the tiny drop of something that was causing the awful smell and smoke. He was knowledgeable and professional, and when the heater does actually need to be replaced I will definitely call Everett Plumbing & Heating to do the work!

Totally awesome! Jeremy and his wife make a lovely team. They were both so nice and they didn't mind if I asked a million questions and looked over their shoulder (literally) while they were camera testing and snaking my sewer line. Absolutely trustworthy straight shooters not out to rip you off but to give you great service. I highly recommend you give them a call

Jeremy & Christine (and their crew) are the absolute best! Outstanding quality, pricing and professionalism. Jeremy is experienced and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the scope of work. After and extensive remodeling project, they're an absolute pleasure to work with.
