Called up Everett on more than one occasion to help fix our plumbing issues both times with different showers. Very prompt with communication, friendly, and came out quickly. I can't say enough good things about Everett Keene Plumbing! His honesty & reliability are a breath of fresh air in an industry that has its share of people who are willing to exploit & deceive unsuspecting customers for financial gains.

When I met Everett, it was after another Plumbing company presented me with an estimate of nearly $5000 for the list of work they said was 'necessary' including jack hammering concrete below, fix 'broken sewer line', 'descale toilet drain line because it is highly corroded', etc. All these to address two toilets flushing slow.

Based on the other Plumber's claim & lack of their proof, Everett sent a camera down but no breakage was found. With my consent, he had a location company come out send camera down from the clean-out all the way to the street, the main line connecting the Orangeburg piping and found no leakage. The video showed the water flowing through with absolutely no obstruction.

The cause of the flushing problem was due to the toilets being old, so Everet cleaned the flanges & replaced the toilets. His fees were very fair & reasonable.

I was so disheartened by the other Plumber's brazenly fraudulent conduct. It is a shame because it undermines the credibility of the whole industry. It is unfortunate because it makes it hard to know who to trust.

That is why I am writing this review. Thankfully, I found a genuine professional who is transparent knowledgeable and fair - Everett Keene. May God bless him abundantly.

We have used his service for over ten years: Installing a new hot water tank, repairing leaking faucets, replacing a toilet, and doing it all with great professionalism at a reasonable cost.
