I had a hot water heater go out in my Estes Park rental unit and called Everest to fix the problem. In spite of their full schedule taking care of emergency plumbing issues at other places, they were able to make it over to fix the problem.

Jim was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. After lots of frustration over the last couple of years trying to get their competitor to help me with my plumbing and heating issues, I'm so happy I found Everest Mechanical

Good plumbing suppliers are hit or miss when you enter into a new location. We found Everest Mechanical to be a definite hit in the Fort Collins area. Had a property with a water leak. Everest (Bobby) set the appointment to meet our timeline. Hoyt arrived on time and explained what needed to be corrected. He made the repairs quickly and everyone is happy. Could not ask for a better overall experience.

Had a minor communication issue but Everest did the right thing. Very pleased to find business people who run their business that way.

Will use Everest going forward.

When I sent in the 2nd payment for $75 three months ago, I included a note saying why we didn't think we should have to pay it (I detailed all that I said above). Because of that, they didn't cash the $75 check .

Now, after seeing this review, they have refunded me the first check we wrote for $269.

This is the first online review I have written. I only do it because feel like people have the right to be warned. I had a water heater go out. Everest gave me a really high bid to replace. I got another bid that was 1/4 the price. So I went with that. Everest till insisted on charging me $155 for the visit to determine that the water heater needed to be replaced...which I already knew. Bummer
