We decide to replace our old toilets recently. Bart was very resourceful and patient to address our questions and concerns over the phone. He came on-site and did a free inspection and recommended the toilet to install in each bathroom. A few days later he came with the new toilets and spent the time to install them firmly and cleanly.

One of the toilet seat was a bit off the center after installation. I actually didn't notice that before he pointed out. He then spent the next 30min triaging what was off, and eventually made everything perfectly symmetrical. I am very impressed with his craftsmanship and meticulous attitude.

Cost wise, Bart's quote ranks reasonably in the middle (I had quotes from 6 different sources), and what we get is top brand TOTO as well as top notch service. The !/$ ratio is hard to beat. I would definitely recommend Bart to friends and family in the future.

Bart is outstanding: he responded quickly to my Yelp request with specifics of what could be wrong, provided an initial estimate in the response, and arranged to come quickly. He fixed two toilets and fixed a water line issue with our dishwasher. He's very responsive, is professional and did the jobs quickly and cleanly. He was happy to provide me with specifics of the issues and fixes, and offered advice on good brands of plumbing (Toto) and how to know when issues may be arising with our toilets (e.g., movement of base).

He's professional, honest and went out of his way to troubleshoot and explain the problem (roots in old clay pipes). Bart is a life-saver! We had a clogged toilet on a Friday evening. My fiance tried to plunge it for an hour, to no avail.

Finally, we realized that we needed to call in a professional for this one. We gave Bart a call, and within 20 minutes he arrived at our apartment. He quickly assessed the issue and brought his equipment in to clear the clog. Along the way, he was calmly explaining everything he was doing and answering all of our questions. He was able to clear the blockage within an hour.

We're extremely glad we called Bart, because the clog might've flooded our apartment if we waited any longer. Overall, Bart was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs. I'll definitely be calling Bart the next time we have a problem.

The very worst plumbing -drain experience ever! Because he was not working Thursday, I was able to fully explain to him on the phone, that I already had my drain snaked a week earlier, but no camera/video - and I really needed a camera/video to record the issue in case I needed further work. I also asked for his warranty - he said 30 days! This was very clear. What I needed was the SNAKE/CLEAR & CAMERA/VIDEO! He snaked the drain, and purportedly ran his $10K camera in it. I paid him and figured it might take a few days to transfer it to a video for me. My toilet & shower backed up 7 days later & I requested (1) the CD or recording of the drain & return visit. He said he ""did not record it cuz I didn't ask for it""!!! What a lie & joke! Paying for camera work is extra & expensive!!! And, when you film something - you expect the record. He said he would have to start all over again (charge me $750). The WORST.
