This is my second time using Evenflow. Mike was great pumping out my cesspools at a reasonable price. Can't be beat for the price and service. I would use him in the future. Hard to find a hardworking, honest person that you can trust.

The first time I used the services of Evenflow was Memo Day weekend. It was a bit of an emergency & later in the day but they got there late afternoon that day. There was some trouble finding the cesspool as it was a rental prop & I was unsure of the location. They found it, pumped it and did a great job all before it was dark.

As luck would have it, a month later I needed their service at my residence & of course it also was a bit of an emergency. They were at my house within an hour and gave me a few suggestions as to what I should do in future to help the cesspool work more effectively.

I highly recommended Evenflow as a courteous & professional business for your cesspool needs.

Mike at Evenflow came through AGAIN! The rental property had a slow draining toilet and the previous Cesspool company was unable to locate the cesspool. Mike located it, pressure cleaned the line and then pumped the cesspool and then we checked the toilet again. It didn't drain. It was getting dark but Mike continued to troubleshoot- first searching for an additional cesspool and then finally determining that there was grease build up clogging the drainage pipe. However, the contractor that had done the work on the building left hardly any room to get to the drain access. Mike had to work the auger through a tight spot working to get it cleaned out. Most companies would have quit. Mike finished the job. Thanks!

Excellent service. Fast return calls and kept us informed of his arrival time. That in itself is amazing these days. Took the time to make sure everything was in working order - over and above. And the price extremely reasonable for multiple hours on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

we had an ongoing sink hole in our backyard and most concerned about the source and potentially an animal falling in. michael identified the water source from old construction and pumped and filled a dangerous situation. I thank him for is detective work and expertise!!

Mike seems knowledgeable regarding home drainage and sewage issues, and his pricing seemed fair, but I decided not to use him after he continually postponed scheduled appointments. I do not feel that is very professional service.

We had a terrible backup of our showers and toilets which were ready to cause a flood in the house - so we looked on Yelp and saw EvenFlow. We called and Mike came within the hour and did a great job! He was knowledgeable, professional and so nice - reasonable too!! Can't thank him enough especially since its News Years Eve day! I recently moved into a new house, and had some problems with the laundry not draining properly. After doing some landscaping, I noticed that I had a 6"" diameter pipe coming out of the ground that was filled to the brim with stagnant water. I contacted EvenFlow here on Yelp to inquire if this was part of the septic system, how I could drain it, etc. Mike messaged me back almost immediately, and after talking on the phone about what it could be, told me he would be here within a few hours.

True to his word, he was here when he said he would be, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I had a dry well that wasn't draining properly, which caused the water from my laundry to back up and not drain. He suctioned out the water, treated the dry well with chemicals, and everything has been working great. Mike was clearly very knowledgeable, came to look at the system in my basement to get a better understanding of it, and explained it all to me. I am very grateful that he was able to get out to me so quickly, fix the problem, and also give me a better understanding of the system I have in my new house.
