I have worked with this company on two separate occasions. I hired them for my business to install two sinks and an Electric water heater. The work was good because the owners son did most of it himself. Nice guy but he told me he was miserable working for his father. The last day he was supposed to do work for me he didn't even show up for the job. Had me sitting and waiting. When I spoke with his father he said his son was no longer working with his company. (Layer I see why)

When I had an issue with the water heater not working properly Craig sent his employee back to take a look at it. They made some minor adjustments but it didn't fix the problem. They were also supposed to remove a clip that had fallen down the drain but they didn't have a magnet strong enough to get it out of the trap so they just left it there. I ended up receiving a bill for over $400 but they didn't do anything or fix anything.

Time goes by and I needed some work done at my house so I hired his company again. We fixed some electrical and added two bidet toilet seats. I offered to purchase the toilet seats and have them shipped to my house but he did so himself through his company instead. When I looked up the price of the toilet seats they were on sale. However he was charging me the full price. (Almost 400 more per seat!) He told me that the company would not give him the sale price. I called the company and gave them the invoice number they told me that they did reimbursed him on his credit card for the difference. When I confronted him about it he acted like he had no idea. That's odd.

When we were discussing the final cost of everything being done I told him that I thought it was overpriced. He checked the invoice papers and told me that his accountant had overcharged me for some of the parts at Home Depot but he did not make adjustments for that. He put the blame on some lady who works for his office. But this is where it gets absolutely tricky. His company will charge you to come back and fix some thing that they didn't do properly the first time. Be prepared to pay twice for the same job if you are hiring this company! I was charged for two employees one full day of work but they had to come back and fix it so that I was charged a second day of work for the two employees. His company thinks that that's fair. Not to mention the lack of communication that he has with his employees. They don't speak English very well so they don't understand what he's saying. he will explain an entire job to them and then as soon as he leaves, they will ask you what you want them to do. Almost as if they are confused and they did not pay attention to anything their boss had said. After the job is done he does not come back to check and make sure that it's ok or if the client is even satisfied.

This company will waste your time. Dangle the carrot in front of your face. They lead you on to believe that they are going to help you. But instead they leave you in a position that last minute you are stuck with nothing to do but hire someone else. Works out for the best because I found someone who's actually amazing and does a great job! My new guy is professional, responsible, reliable, reasonably priced, doesn't have to do the job twice, and has great communication skills.

Craig is the best! I had a clogged shower drain. My home is an older home, built in the 60's. I had recently remodeled my bathroom, including new tile and new flooring.
I am so lucky to have found Evenflow Plumbing and Craig! He was my third and final estimate and I am happy to have gotten that last estimate!
I had gotten two other estimates from other reputable plumbing companies. They both told me that they would have to rip out my new flooring and jackhammer a trench through the concrete subfloor to get to the problem. The first company gave me a bid of $6000. The second company told me the same thing, but their bid was $7200.
I was so upset! Not only was my beautiful new bathroom going to be torn up, but I was going to have to take out a personal loan with my bank to pay for the work.
I thought to myself, there has to be another way. Then I found Craig. He came out on the same day. He told me he was going to give it some thought because he did not agree that I needed to tear up my bathroom. I told him to take his time as I had a second bathroom that I could use until he could troubleshoot the problem and come up with a more reasonable way to unclog the drain at a more reasonable price. In less than two weeks Craig had fixed my problem at an amazing price.
He was so honest and reliable! I will never use another plumber as long as Craig at Evenflow plumbing is in business.

I've called on them for the last 4 years on different matters and for different properties?.? I've comfortably referred them and have heard nothing but praises. They are on time, reasonable, honest, reliable and clean. The owner Criag has been a true professional to work with.

We called Craig on March 9 to repair a shower in an apartment with two baths. It was missing parts. He took the valve apart to see manufacturer. Tried to get the parts. Looked at the other vacant units in apartment building to see if he could use parts from another unit. No luck. Then he attempted to order the part. No luck. We advised him that the second shower in the unit was leaking. Asked him to please look at that while he was there. He called to say he couldn't get the part but he could replace the valve. It has been 50 days and we just received a bill for $365 for checking things out. He didn't repair one thing. He never fixed the shower that was leaking. And it took 50 days to do it. What a waste of time! Just call another plumber if you want to get anything done

Craig at Evenflow has an excellent crew!!! We recently had a slab leak in our downstair bath. I called EVENFLOW SERVICES and spoke to Craig and he responded right away and he was my place exactly the time he had appointment with me. price was fair and the repair was done perfectly.

I am 100% satisfied with his work and I recommend to everyone.

Here's why the 5 stars. I needed a plumber to replace a hot water heater anode and got a recommendation of Evenflow thru the plumbing supply store. At first since there were very few yelp reviews I was cautious but after talking to Craig over the phone I decided to have them come out.
1. He was available to come out the next day and gave me a specific time in the morning. They arrived right on time.
2. They did a great job and used a part that I had bought at the plumbing supply house.
3. Very courteous and professional. Happy to Explain everything to me.
4. Very reasonable pricing.
Would recommend them without hesitation.

Craig at Evenflow has an amazing crew!!! We recently did a master bath remodel and our first contractor turned out to be a joke - all he did was demo the bathroom, cut our floors (upstairs) and plumbing to pieces, and burned our wall trying to weld. Then he turned off our water for 24 hhours the day I got home from a major surgery and went MIA!! I was desperate and my neighbor referred me to Evenflow. They showed up within 2 hours of my call, capped the lines and had our water turned back on. Once the bad contractor finally showed back up, we fired him and hired Craig and his crew to do the job. The level of professionalism was night and day! They always showed up when they said they would, knew what they were doing, and did an excellent job. Very reasonable pricing and always made sure to protect the areas where they were working. I cannot say enough and highly recommend them without hesitation!!!
