There's nothing like waking up on a Sunday morning to your septic overflowing. After attempting to have it fixed by three other septic companies, who wanted to charge outrageous rates to come out on a Sunday, we contacted Evans. Andrew was very courteous and concerned for our situation. He went out of his way and extended his day assuring us that the problem would be fixed within a few hours. When he arrived he got right to work fixing the septic. He did not attempt to charge us for work that wasn't needed, and within a very short time we were back in business, pun completely intended. Evans is a family run business that operates with the highest integrity and truly cares about their customers. Needless to say they will be our go to septic service from now on. I highly recommend them for all your septic needs!

I am a fan; called around 1pm, got a real person on the phone, and Charlie (senior) was out here by 2:30 to pump out the septic tank; the line was still clogged, so he sent his son, Charlie, to jet it out - that's done and I can now flush in peace. Professional, prompt, responsive, family owned - and reasonably priced - what's not to like?

We had to have our septic pumped and lines cleared. Not only did I get someone on the phone at Evans Septic, but they came out the same day and fixed my problem.

Very happy with their responsiveness, punctuality, and service.

I called to schedule clean out of my septic was quoted a price $320 plus tax today they cleaned out my septic and he used a mixer to stir up the sediment he told me so he wouldn't have to work that hard. After he was done he told me my bill was $455 that it was an extra $110 to use that mixer to make his job easier which I wasn't informed of also all of the companies usually inspect the tank after it's empty with a mirror to look at the baffles in the tank and look for cracks hopefully he didn't break them when using that mixer .. I called the office and she told me maybe there was more water in the tank from other company who pumped it last time (WHAT )she had no answer just trying to make excuses for the SCAM they are running in this pandemic timeI should have stopped payment on check , but instead I'll write a review and tell the many people I know about this little trick the play buyer beware stay away from this company... also BBB F rating Joe think that's funny .also other reviews reviews the never apply for permits of work that's a BIG violation

I highly recommend having septic it came at noon like they said they were. The employee Andrew son of the owner explain everything that was going to be done answer my questions and even the stupid ones very informative. He explained how the septic system works and the do's and don'ts how to keep a healthy septic system I highly recommend Evans and don't forget the $25 off coupon that is in the weekly flyer that goes in your mailbox

I called Evan's when I was having problems with a company I used often (they showed up and left after 10 min claiming they couldn't find the tank and no one was home). Evan was very nice and helpful. I called on a Tuesday night and they showed up Wednesday morning. Will definitely be using them from now on. It's always nice to find friendly local people. I highly recommend them.

Honest, hard-working and knowledgeable. Charlie and his son are also polite and explain all the work done. Seven years now that my field is still good and others said I needed a new field! I recommend them highly.

Used them for the first time for a cleaning on a house that has been sitting for years. The young man took his time and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. No complaints here....I recommend them!

Evans replaced the tank and septic fields in the house I was purchasing, hired by the sellers. Charlie Evans did not do the work up to code, and illegally got no permit. When my tank was recently pumped by a reputable company I was told the work had been poorly done to save money and wouldn't pass inspection. I will soon have to redo the entire system. He may be cheaper, but he puts the environment - and neighboring wells - at risk. Do not hire him.

BEWARE!!!!
Although I have to give them credit for coming promptly (they were readily available and came first time this morning to my house to pump the septic), I am Extremely disappointed with this company and Flabbergasted at what a rip off and scam they are. I Had EVAN'S Septic company come to my house to pump my septic and help diagnose ""sludge"" issue in my yard. We pre-dug up the septic and We chose to use them based solely on the fact that they said they were the cheapest price around, there was a $25.00 off deal going on, and they were the first we called and could come right away. Well... Buyer Beware, I should have paid the extra $25.00, made another phone call and gone with who we normally use (COOK's Septic company). EVAN's Septic Company came and pumped (did a good job at that) and then the son (who came alone to pump) informed his father (owner) would swing by later on that day to ""take a look"" at the sludge and see what he thought was the issue. I paid for the pump service with no issues and then waited for the owner to show up... well he came later on in the day back with his son, poked a stick several times in the ground and told me that the fields were flooded based on water on the stick, he gave me an estimate to add additional fields to our yard.... then proceeded to charge me an additional $125.00 (on top of the $300+ that I had already paid earlier in the day for a routine septic pump) for what they called a ""service charge""!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! How is giving me an estimate and ""taking a look"" a $125.00 service call charge!! The nerve they had after I had just had them there this morning and didn't even ASK them to come back, to charge me AGAIN !! And crazy how they advertise ""free estimates"" on their website!! Not once was it mentioned that I would be charged TWICE in the same day for 2 service calls!! I would have never had the owner come and ""take a look"" had they informed it would be $125.00 for the ""look"". Unbelievable. I know who I will NOT be using ever again in the future and who I will be warning friends/family members/neighbors to stay away from.. EVAN's Septic Company. Good Riddance!!
