After trying to fix the problem myself, I finally conceded and put an ad on thumbtack. Alex responded within 30 min of it going up. I called next day and they were able to come out and do service the same day! They even replaced a gasket on my leaky kitchen sink (been bad since we moved in 10 months ago).
