Showed up day 1/2 after telling us they was on their way. Very hard to deal with. Pass on them. Team fail.

Quick and efficiently cleared a toilet. The plumber was very friendly. It was a little on the pricey side ($138 for a 30 minute job) but I expect as much for a plumber. Glad to have found a good plumber in this area!

Even though they don't serve my area, they listened to my problem and called back with a referral for a local plumber that they trust. That is pretty great service - it would have been easy to just say, "sorry. We can't help you."

I had Jimmie Evans come out and give me an estimate to redo all my water lines to my entire house. He gave me an estimate of 2200 to 2800. He said my problem was there were different types of pipe being used that it all needed to be the same. I ask several times if he would replace everything from meter on and he told me yes. He then eliminated my laundry room because it had already been redone in the pipe he was planning on using. It's a flexible pipe that even if it freezes it won't bust because it will expand to about 2". I ask about insulating but now that I think about it I never received a direct answer so I guess since I didn't push the issue I can't complain that nothing was insulated. Then my shop. Was eliminated from the job, well because it's not the house even if water line was off the house. So I agreed to that after all if they were doing house then they would replace the line all the way to faucet that's attached to house and shop ran off that. Everyone was friendly. I was amazed at how fast they worked. They were barely here a couple of hours and he said they were finishing up. I said your kidding you've already ran my moms bathroom and he said he had. Two more times I ask if he did my moms bathroom and both times he assured me he had. I even said I thought it would take a long time to dig out because it's so low to ground. That's when he told me they just had to dig a little and his coworker could get under there. I was like well that's great. Before they left I ask if all pipes had been attached to bottom of house. I was told that no that they had a better chance of not freezing if they were left on the ground that they had laid plastic under the pipe everywhere and that would prevent freezing. I hope this allows me to post pictures of the things I have found because there is a bit of plastic latex but not near enough to do even s small portion of pipe I had also complained of our water pressure and heard Jimmie tell his guys to run everything in 3/4. They dropped it to 1/2 right before my bathroom and then tied it into the old pvc. My moms bathroom was not redone right before they just tied it in to old pvc. My faucet lines they tapped into the old iron lines and same for line going to faucet and out to shop. So I still have the same amount of different pipes as I had before paying out close to 2700. I don't understand why companies can't just do what they agreed to do. Oh and what got me to looking in first place. My water and ice on fridge didn't work after they left. So when I checked it out I found they just drilled s hole in floor for pipe and stuck it through. No collar or caulk nothing to stabilize it or anything. Plus my meters still turns like we have a leak but when I called that guy came out and said all was good that it was my shop toilet. So I'm replacing insides and I guess we will see but it's awful muddy over by my moms bathroom

I used Evans Professional to replace the drain system in my home. They showed up as scheduled, and completed the entire job very quickly. I hardly even knew they were here. The job price was very fair. I highly recommend these honest and professional plumbers.

Masters of their craft. I called them out for the main drain to the house completely stopped up after another plumber could not resolve. Neither I nor them knew there was a pumping "lift station" underground for my septic system. They had the knowledge and the electronic equipment required to figure it out, locate it, dig it up and replace the pump. Courteous hard working guys and the price was less than expected. They are my new plumbers for life.

What a lifesaver! Started googling plumbers that work on Sunday and this was the only company that truly seemed interested in helping me! I had a backed up main sewer line that was backing up water in both bathtubs, showers and both toilets so I was desperate to get someone out asap. Jimmy the owner answered the phone right away and told me he was out of town but would call his brother to see if he could come out and help me. He called me right back and said his brother would be here within 45 minutes! William arrived even earlier than promised and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. This family owned company won me over and I will recommend them highly to all my friends!!

I had them out this morning. I have to say you won't a nicer, more ethical plumber. I will never use another plumber again. I've had some me bad experiences in the past so it was such a relief to finally find someone that doesn't try to overcharge. I VERY HIGHLY recommend!
