Tore our shower faucet apart only to say they don't have the part in stock. 7 days later with a torn apart shower they still have no answer for me on when the part will be here or when they will be able to fix it. Very unprofessional.

Daniel went the extra mile for our home. We just thought we needed shut off valves replaced but we needed a lot more than that. He took care of everything that had to be done despite being late for another appointment. We highly recommend Evans Plumbing!!!

Absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I called them in to replace 6 angle valves (the valve for the water supply for toilet, sink, etc.). They only replaced 5 of them and they billed me about $950 for those, a sink drain that I didn't want replaced, and some other stuff that they didn't even do. I called to contest the bill and they said they made a mistake and to ignore that bill. Then they sent another bill for about $750 for the 5 valves and the drain that I didn't want replaced and 5 hours labor. They were there for less than 2 hours. I called again to contest the bill. I said it doesn't take five hours for the work they did (they take me about 10 minutes each to replace), and Robert their service manager told me I didn't know what I was talking about because I didn't know the correct name or the valve. I've replaced a half dozen of these myself, so I do know what I'm talking about. They ended up dropping the bill to about $450, which is still high, but they were very condescending and it sucks dealing with them so I paid. They also left garbage all over the apartment (a mostly empty can of penetrating oil, an empty tub of hand wipes, and a little jar of some chlorine stuff that was left open sitting on the tub which left a blue ring when I picked it up which did wipe off). These guys are clowns, I'll never use their ""services"" again, they are the worst.

Prompt response. Knowledgeable and polite plumber. Kept the work area clean and solved my problem. Have no problem recommending.
