Absolutely Horrible Service - Avoid This Company!

I called this plumbing company based on their good reviews, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly stated what needed to be done. However, when the plumber arrived, he didn't even have the correct tools for the job. He told me he would have to leave to get them, and I would be charged for his travel time--so I ended up loaning him my own tools just to keep things moving.

Then, he said he needed to go to the plumbing supply store for a part. After returning, he claimed the item was discontinued and that he couldn't complete the job. His solution? Suggesting that I completely redo the plumbing to my tub--something that was entirely unnecessary. That was the final straw. I told him we were done and sent him on his way.

Frustrated, I went to another plumbing supply store myself and--surprise--they had exactly what I needed. I was able to come home and fix the problem on my own. When I called to express my concerns, the owner was rude and belligerent, showing zero interest in making things right.

Now I'm stuck with a bill for 1.5 hours of absolutely nothing. Save yourself the headache--watch a YouTube video and fix it yourself before calling this company. I wish I had!

If you're looking for a good Fair honest plumbing company look no further ! Jeff will definitely take care of your needs and I highly recommend him . I had a water heater installed and if I would have just found him the day it went out it would have been put in the very next day . But of course many plumbers don't respond to phone calls or they tell you they can't get out for an entire week . That is a long time to go without hot water and that's what happened to us because we were searching for a plumber in the area . Jeff came highly recommended and it turns out that he was in my house way back in 2001 when he worked for another plumbing company . The guy has got a fantastic memory! So everything kind of came full circle ! Again if you have plumbing needs I highly recommend that you call Evan's Plumbing . He has good people working for him . They put a drop cloth down over our steps to protect our carpeting and they respected our property . Jeff listens to your needs and is easy to get along with .

I live in a zero lot duplex and am good friends with the owner of the other side. They had Evans out for a clogged sink. Evans went to their warranty company proposing to replace the line that was underneath the concrete which would have to be cut into. The estimate was $5000-$7000. Because the plumbers did not want to use their cameras to confirm the line was broken, my neighbor opted to have another company come out and look at it. Within an hour and a half for $277.72 the problem was resolved by running a snake. I normally don't comment on someone else's experience but my neighbor is next to me as I write this. They just don't have an account of their own.
