I called Evans to fix a problem which was not fixed and I paid for, so I called and was directed to and left a message for the manager who did not call me back, so I called him again getting a hold him, this took two weeks . He personally came out and still did not fix the problem.
They sent me another bill .
So the problem was not fixed until I mentioned it to a contractor friend of mine who diagnosed the problem.
Very poor business ethics
