I've only used them once, but I'm very happy with my experience - My storm drain was clogged, resulting in a flooded front yard. I called Evan's in the late afternoon to come out and root out the drain. They were at my house within an hour and quickly took care of the problem. Their quote was also a good bit less than another local plumber. I will definitely use them again, based on this experience.

My bath tub faucets had a link that cause water to back fire and damage my sheet rock . I had scheduled an appoint with Evans Plumbing & Drain Service on May 18th & 20, 2022 and the two young boys/men came out to my house late the 1st call and would not return my call to see if they were even going to come that day. When they arrived late, they could not fix the problem and didn't seem to know anything about what they was doing and was not skilled in the field at all, and then we schedule for them to come back two days later with the faucets and equipment they so call needed to remove the shower handle parts and they did not show up at the scheduled time and I lost 8 hours from my job that week and nothing was done or completed. I called the telephone number 645-3810 several times(5 times) the day of my appointments and kept getting their answering service and leaving messages with no return phone calls from the company technicians . The answering service Rep kept saying they are in the field and will return my call they never returned my called until 7pm that evening after I Lost 4hrs of work the second day . Finally the tech calls me at 7:00 PM after I had left home when my appointment was specially scheduled for 1:30 pm that day and no response the whole day to say I am running late or can't make it.. There was nothing else to talk about at that point , they were very unprofessional. I will never call or use them for any service again!!!!!!!!! I called another plumbing company and they came out as schedule and took care of the job in one visit to my home.................E.K.

I have used these people several times. I have great experiences until this past week. Had a hot water heater that was leaking. But no emergency. They came out purchased the hot water heater for $500. That was fine. Then charged me $900 in labor to put it in. Stated that they had to take the door, trim and frame off to get the heater in. They charged me $150 an hour for two people from 9-3pm. Tell me honestly people. Does it really take that long to pull off the door and put it back on. No call on hourly rate or cost until the bill came in the mail for $1400. Sticker shock. Never have I had this in the past at all with this company. Last time I use them, and I own a quad plex.

One of my staff members called them on August 4th. They came out for initial inspection and identified that it could be roots in pipe. At that initial time, $300 was charged. Aug 6th they brought out camera found locations of roots in old drainage system. They charged another $250. On Aug. 14th They said that they replaced 10' of pipe. They said they identified more roots beyond that 10' pipe close to road. They advised to only replace initial part for now. The clogged problem would be solved. Cost was $1200. So we paid $1200.00. They gave us another quote also to replace another section of pipe. He said not sure how long it would stay unclogged due to more roots beyond the pipe replaced. He estimated to replace another section of pipe is another $1300. 00 in charges. A few weeks later the part of the house was backed up with water everywhere from the drainage system. The drainage problem was never resolved after we were charged so many times for a single problem which could be resolved with a single answer and a single charge. Part of my house which was emerged with water costed more then thousands of dollars damages. We are speechless. As we see, an honest service needs an honest answer to serve people in lieu of squeezing people a bit by a bit with money in mind forgetting the most important part. That is to solve problems completely. We are compelled to write this review in hope to help them realize not to do the same thing to others. That could cost more problems for all parties.

We called Evans plumbing about a clogged pipe. Rather than fix the problem, they broke the pipe and left it draining into the yard and said they'd have to come back another day. Another (much better) company came out and fixed it. Evans still sent a bill. They charged more to make things worse than the other plumber charged to fix the problem. Go figure.

I called in the morning about a water heater that was causing a breaker to flip. By mid-afternoon I had a new thermostat for the water heater and, after a visit by an electrician to replace a faulty breaker, I had hot water by dinner time. This team is very responsive and does what it takes to get the job done!

Ray and Jacob did a great job removing tree roots from sewer pipe. Professional work at a very reasonable price. First time I have used them and would have no issue using them again.

My toilet kept running all the time and Evans replaced the internal workings and has been working great

I used Evans Plumbing for the first time today. They were really fast to respond, took no time at all to identify the problem and get it fixed. I was also very happy with the cost.

I have used Evans several times and have always found them to be economical and fast and friendly service. They have addressed several plumbing issues at my home over the years including Hot water heater and bathroom hardware replacement. I will use them again!
