This was our first time using Evans Leak Detection and our experience was amazing! The customer care team was extremely friendly and professional. The team was quick to schedule a service technician. Omar showed up early and was extremely knowledgeable and took care of us 100% to our satisfaction.

He even gave me few hints to keep things in tip top shape and went above and beyond to leave with a very clean area where we had the leaky pipe!

We would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again when the next water leak problem arises!

This company has integrity! I contacted them due to some leakage in my garage. I contacted Ron on a few occasions to describe the problem. Upon learning the details of the problem, he suggested that my problem was probably with our irrigation system. He said that I could probably get the problem fixed using an irrigation company, rather than spending the money on their more skilled/capable staff. So rather than accepting a job that they certainly could have done and charged me for, Ron unselfishly steered me in a different direction to save me money. He's very responsive and kind as well!!

Hired these guys because I had a slab leak. When dealing with a company like this while I was in a bad situation had me extremely worried about being taken advantage of. I started to notice that my bathroom floors were warm. Well, I had always wanted radiant floors, but this wasn't the way so I knew it was bad. A neighbor recommended Evans Leak Detection so I gave them a call.

I have to say that I was a little worried when Ron gave me an almost $1,500 quote over the phone sight unseen (I kept trying to talk him into it being just a problem with the water heater...he very nicely assured me that it wasn't and told me why.) Ron spent quite a long time with me on the phone explaining the process they went through to identify the leaking pipe and then reroute it with new UPONOR piping. Their work is guaranteed with a 25 year warranty. I hung up after our call feeling secure that I had made a good decision and that I had the information to explain the process to my family who also thought that I was crazy to agree to something over the phone.

Omar, the actual plumber that came out on the call was amazing. I have never seen so much equipment!But he found the leak, rerouted the pipe, taped back the drywall, put back my belongings he had to move and was out in under three hours! AMAZING, and stress free. He even relit the pilot light on my water heater and tightened a nozzle that was dripping...with me asking! What a professional!

Again I would wholeheartedly recommend this company! I don't say this lightly....the last plumbing company I hired charged me to move my washer/dryer so there are a lot of companies out there that will take advantage of you, especially if you are a single woman. Evans Leak Detection is the real deal!
