We had two leaks in our home - six weeks apart. On both occasions, Evans Leak Detection came out, assessed the problem, and fixed the issues fast with minimum invasive work. When I called the company, the owner answered the phone with great professionalism and concern, and made a great effort to accommodate my busy schedule. The experts showed up on time to assess and fix the issues and they too were very professional, polite, and efficient. I will definitely use this company again in the future should any more problems with my plumbing arise.

Pat and this company really disappointed me. My job was initially scheduled for a Sat. morning (9-10) but Pat called at 9:55 and told me the worker who should have been at my property had returned to the job site from the previous night and rescheduling was needed. (I should have been called the night before with this information.) After taking the newly-scheduled Mon. off of work (Omar was supposed to come between 1-2), I called Pat at 1:50 because Omar hadn't arrived. Pat seemed ""surprised"" Omar was not at my residence and said he'd call to check. Pat never called back. When I called him again (2:30), it went to voice mail. Luckily I was able to get a reliable leak detection company to come out to my property before the end of the day so that I didn't use vacation hours for nothing. Very unprofessional to those in stressful situations that need immediate attention. I do not recommend this company.

I trust these people. I was quoted a very competitive flat rate over the phone on a Sunday morning to fix a slab leak in my kitchen. Patrick was very professional and scheduled the repair technician (Omar) for the very next day. When Omar arrived you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He found which pipe was leaking under the floor and isolated exactly where the leak was along the pipe. Lucky for us it was the best of the two options for the fix (less drywall involved) but they would have honored the flat rate quoted either way. Omar was courteous and very respectful to my wife during the diagnosis and the repair throughout the day when I couldn't be home. When Omar left my house it was like nothing ever happened. It was surgical. It was a copper bypass done behind and under the floor under the kitchen cabinets with no visible damage. Omar worked very hard all day and cleaned the kitchen up nicely.

I was so scared when I saw the leak in my house. I called Evans very, very early in the morning and spoke to Patrick. He calmed me down and explained everything. Someone was out to my house that day and it was fixed almost immediately. A neighbor sent another company over, they said my driveway would have to dug up and their quote was exorbitant. I obviously choose Evan's and they shot a line/pipe (with high powered water) under my driveway, alleviating the need to dig it up. Thus, it was far less expensive. I feel I received a very fair price. The men at my house were professional and left the area clean. Evans Leak Detection came very highly recommended to me, so I want to share the recommendation.
