54 years of expertise, we focus on creating commercial HVAC systems and plumbing systems. We are experts in assisting mechanical contractors with the necessary drawings to secure permits from government authorities. Located in Kent, WA, we confidently operate with a team of four dedicated employees. Established for 12 years, we have built a solid reputation.

Jim Evans, a seasoned mechanical engineer, retired in 2011 from forensic mechanical systems. Bored with retirement, he decided to pursue his passion for HVAC and plumbing design by opening his business in 2013.

Jim recognized a gap in the mechanical design-build sector, as many mechanical contractors lack a full-time mechanical engineer on staff. Our company fills that gap, providing the services needed to prepare drawings for contractors to obtain their building permits.

Graduating from the University in 1964, Jim began his career with the Austin Company in California, where he honed the art of large-scale design-build. After that, he joined Fluor Corp. in California, where he specialized in piping design for refineries globally. His work included specialized exhaust systems for hazardous gases and HVAC systems for refinery offices. Moving to the commercial sector in Washington state in the early '90s, we are experts in HVAC system design, including rooftop units, duct systems, humidification, and the application of DOAS systems for various commercial buildings.
