Evgeniy has helped me with a previous project, and when I contacted him for a surprise problem, he responded same day and took out his tools to inspect. Along the way he gave me advice, answered all my questions, and came up with a diagnosis. The work has not quite begun, but I wanted to write a review to support Evgeniy's hard work. I should have done this after he did my previous project three years ago!

I contacted EvaMax for estimates of repairing damage in a bathroom left by an old water leak. Evgeniy very quickly responded and came on the same day, and gave me a lot of information. He used his tool to measure the humidity of my walls and floors, and told me his assessment of what should be replaced and what can stay, suggested to me what I can buy, and gave me estimates of his labor costs. I feel he is very professional and gave me very honest opinions, which I appreciate very much. He even texted me additional tips after he left. I have not actually used EvaMax yet due to timing reasons, but I will definitely contact them again if I have a need.

I had an oven that wasn't working, and the first oven repairman that came was unable to fix it or determine what was wrong. I contacted EvaMax, and Evgeniy responded to my inquiry in less than an hour, and he then arrived to assess the situation within the next hour. Being 5pm the day before Thanksgiving, it was a relief to find someone to help late in the day and on such short notice.

Evgeniy was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and checked all possible causes for the malfunctioning. He also explained to me what he was doing and checking for, and was able to diagnose the issue. He was careful and thorough with his inspection, provided details of what had appeared to have happened (turned out to be a short circuit in the line, which could have been very dangerous), and presented a plan of next steps in repairing the wiring. I especially appreciated that he wanted to ensure that the line was safe while waiting for the parts needed to complete the repair, as he disconnected the wires and secured them so that no further mishaps might occur.

I learned that he also does plumbing, flooring, and other home repairs and renovations, so I am grateful to have found this business!

Evgeniy is extremely reliable and has finesse in his work. He came right away for an estimate and again once I purchased the faucet that needed to be replaced. He was super flexible working around our kid's nap time, which is super appreciated. His rates are reasonable and really fast at his job.

Although a service has not been provided to me, (unfortunately, he don't install vinyl sheet aka linoleum- for my bathroom), I highly recommend EvaMax! Evgeniy is very responsive, as soon as I ask for a quote, he immediately responded. Answered every question that I have. He even took an extra mile by stopping by to see the scope of work, and told me honestly that he don't do that kind of work and recommended other type of materials. He did a great job with installing a new ceiling light in the master bedroom. He made a new receptacle in the ceiling - cutting through the ceiling and also the wall near the switch and patched up and textured the wall. We are very happy!
