We had used Eustis Quality Plumbing a few times 2 or 3 years ago, but haven't needed more work until recently when a drip developed in our bathroom sink, slowly getting worse. We called and since it wasn't an emergency, set up an appointment for a couple days later. Tom arrived when he said he would. He is friendly and easy to talk to. This is a 60-year old house, and when I had started to take the handles apart, I didn't like what I saw, and Tom assured me it was just as well I hadn't tried to fix it myself. Tom does top quality work and stands behind it. He has saved us a little money where he could, such as suggesting once that I dig a small trench to expose a drain pipe. Why pay more for it at a service hourly rate? And when our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he happened to have one from another job so we didn't have to buy a new one. I always prefer calling small business owners for service rather than large companies or chains, especially when they offer better service than some of the cowboys out there, who may or may not show up. Tom delivers that better service and you get the guy, so he knows the history of your repairs.

Use this plumber at your own risk! Tom is not the """"quality"""" plumber the business name implies. He mixed the hot & cold lines & then when asked to correct it under the flooring in the crawlspace so no one could see his mistake he ignored that & now we have visible crisscross lines. The one sink had a loose faucet & he was asked twice to fix ti but chose not to. The other sink developed a leak after one week of use and instead of fixing it he gave me instructions on how to fix it. I knew hot to fix ti but we did pay him to install it so we could use it. The tank less water heater is a total eye sore - its on the wrong side of the wall and all the lines are above 5 ft and exposed in the POS area. Then when he was asked to provide an invoice he gave us a peice of scratch paper with a narrative on it. It was cumbersome to read and figure out what service was provided and what the cahrge was for that service. Apparently his office is not familiar with Invoice templates that are free! It was just a total all around bad experience with POOR quality workmanship. As my daughter commented """"Eustis Quality? That does not say much for Eustis.""""
