We used European Prestige multiple times and always we got the best quality and customer service. This time the project was significant large as we started from dirt up to full finish product to an enclosed full kitchen. Chris is a true professional and knows the ins and outs of the job. He is honest, hard working, respectful, transparent, on time and trustworthy which makes the interaction much better. Plus the quality of the work speaks for itself as the crew is super polite and customer focus. They will do what it takes to make things right and the customer to be happy. Simple said with Chris the project is always done in time, in budget and best quality. Hands down Chris is the best contractor with who we interacted ... we highly and strongly recommend Chris for any size jobs.

We downsized this year and wanted to take our ""lessons learned"" from the previous 13 years living in Roseville...and make sure we implemented solutions in our new Roseville home.

Background:

Mosquitos can be terrible in West Roseville; even with taking every precaution to prevent them from multiplying. It's very disheartening to spend lots of $$$ on your backyard and the entertainment window gets shortened when the sun starts to go down...and the mosquitos make their presence known.

Solution:

We made a decision to convert our new Roseville home's ""California Room"" into a screen room. European Prestige made our solution into reality.

Chris replied to my initial inquiry in a reasonable manner and was open to generating a quote from measurements taken via the model home (which was exactly like our not-ready-yet home).

The schedule was pushed out a couple weeks, but the wait was worth it!

Chris and his team were very friendly, skillful, and openly communicated with me throughout. They were also very clean at the end of the day. Lastly, they adhered to the pandemic safety protocols as they worked in/outside of my home.

I've included pictures of the finished screen room and a barn door Chris installed in our master bedroom.

I am on a budget, but my dreams are not. Here is my story and here is my experience and I hope it helps you somehow! :)
Short version of the story in a soundbite: I am over-the-moon happy with the job that European Prestige did for me and can't say enough good things about them. And yes, I consider this an unbiased review because it is candid, honest, and from the heart.
But here is the long version of the story:
Here is the Major Project Scenario: My kitchen had the 1984 white square tile on the counters and the backsplash. We had painted the cabinets a couple years ago for an update, but could not afford to do the whole thing at that time. Ugh! My Jack and Jill upstairs bathroom had old tile and old everything from the same time zone. I have 2 fireplaces and both had old, cracked tile with chipped grout and they needed updating. One of them had a step we wanted to rip out.
Here is the Small Project Scenario: The downstairs lights in my house were ok, but had been purchased one at a time, and did not go together very well. My outlets in the house were loose and when you tried to plug something in, sometimes the plug would just fall out. We had 2 areas in the house on the walls, that needed patching, texturing and paint. In my mind, I really wanted to add brushed nickel handles to the kitchen cabinets, and then make the bronze hinges changed out to match.
Now think of all the Major and Small Projects. . . remember my budget. Yeah. Well. .I did not believe the small projects would fit into my money reality after I did the major projects. But still. it was. . .Time to get bids!
I got about 6 through this musical bids process, that were worth considering.
Pretty much, most all the people who came through my house and gave me their bids, were nice enough, but they had a range of attributes and a range of cost. As I filtered them to make a match, I went through the submitted paperwork from the people, reflected on their online information, and mused over the general feelings I had as I looked at each qualified choice. As well, the photos that were available for the work they did, were very helpful as I compared each one.
This was a tiring process, that I didn't anticipate. It is like the bucket of cold water moment. Can we really make this happen? Just when I was not sure. . .I realized that Chris and Monika Fodor's European Prestige company, came through in spades. Price point, fair and amazing? CHECK! Pictures of past work that makes you swoon? CHECK! Approachability and good energy and all that good stuff? TRIPLE CHECK!
So I hired them and the process began. Chris walked me through all the steps before the project started. Step by step of what to order for the work, where to go to find choices for tile and granite, inspirations to consider as I planned my vision for what could be possible for my house. Ironically, as I had thought of boxing myself in with my budget, his feedback and expertise, blew the box open and left me with the reality that I could get everything done, and with more frosting then I had thought possible.
It took them 2 weeks to do my house. We had all the Major Projects and all the Small Projects done at the same time block, which meant we lived in the master bedroom while the house was blocked off with plastic, packed up in boxes, and a work site.
Chris and his crew were professional and polite. Every day they would come in their trucks, and prepare my house into their work site, with drop cloths, tools, more plastic over everything etc. . .and get going on the task at hand. They worked skillfully and at a good pace. What would probably be a mess at the end of their construction day. . was always cleaned up before they left each night. They would vacuum, sweep, tidy it all, and poof! disappear until the next morning.
As well, I have 2 active and high-drive dogs that are not overly thrilled with people in the house that don't belong there. But Chris took the time to get to know the dogs and connect with them, which I did not think would be possible with their mindset with the situation. . .and every time they saw him, they would get very happy. Woof!
When all is said and done, Chris and his crew took every To Do List project, completed to the nth degree and polished off with finesse and sparkle. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. I.S. F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.
My husband is hard to impress, and he says it the result is beyond what he had every expected. The house is all we want it to be. And we still have money in the bank. If we ever need anything done on our house, we know where to go to find the best! Thank you, European Prestige! You rock!

Chris Fodor and his crew at European Prestige are the best. We've used them twice now on two major house remodels with much bathroom work and laying over 2000 square feet of floor tiles.
They show up on time and work hard and long to get the job done. I don't have to stand over them to supervise...they know what they are doing and even make suggestions that are better than what I originally thought I wanted.
Not only do they do a great job with tile and plumbing, they do a great job cleaning up after themselves! These guys are real professionals!

I am so glad I found European Prestige! I needed a backsplash in my kitchen at a good, reasonable price. Chris was very helpful and did a super great job! He was friendly and patient, even through my many questions. The marble backsplash I chose was not an easy one to install, but he did it beautifully, on time and at the right price! Everything started with an island project in the kitchen, and we ended up using European Prestige for most of the projects we had planned to do around our home. Chris is one of the most professional contractors I have ever met. He is very detailed, and truly works as a perfectionist. He does not compromise quality of his work for anything! Chris goes above and beyond of what you'd expect from a contractor. I was struck by his involvement in making suggestions for a better match of materials and colors inside our home. Furthermore, I was even more impressed when I realized that his suggestions toward my benefit actually meant less business for him! You don't see that too often! He puts a lot of pride into his projects. As mentioned, I wanted to have a fairly small project done, just ending doing most of my projects by him: kitchen countertops, backsplash, laminate flooring, and finally he converted and remodeled a whole service bathroom into a full bath for me!
