Boris made multiple visits and made great recommendations on how to possibly replace an old part for our leaking faucet. He did not charge us for the quote , and was extremely reasonable. Best part is his friendly and yet professional attitude. Very highly recommended for any plumbing needs.

Europe Plumbing and its owner, Boris Bachvarov, are fantastic and highly recommended!

For starters, Boris was highly recommended on Nextdoor and I see why. He answered the call and came promptly on Fri 12/27. Since it was Friday afternoon a couple of days after Christmas, I thought I was headed towards a weekend expensive repair and was amazed at how fast he showed up. He quickly fixed two sink leaks, unclogged a shower drain, and worked to clear the mainline. Because of a blockage caused by tree roots, Boris honestly recommended a specialized roto rooter service after spending more than 30 minutes working on it. In the end, he was so honest that he refused payment because he did not fully repair the mainline (despite the fact it required specialized and major rooter equipment).

Boris is professional, friendly and very honest. I agree with others, including on Nextdoor, and will certainly use him for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend him!

Got up in the morning and noticed water in the yard. The main sewer line unfortunately had been clogged. We also had guest coming for lunch. I needed someone to come and fix this by noon at least. I saw Boris has excellent reviews so I called him up. He promised to come between 12 and 1pm. He was on time. He did the job quickly. Tested to make sure it was fixed. We are also in a hill so a lot of plumbers whine about the hill and that they might have to charge us extra for it. Not Boris. I will definitely look for his services next time I need a plumber.

Boris had fixed couple issues for me such as leaky under-sink water filter and toilet shut-off valves. He was prompt and professional. The fee charged was reasonable. Scheduling is easy even during weekends. I highly recommend Boris and Europe Plumbing.

Boris just finished our rough plumbing for our remodeled bathroom
walk-in shower. He was on-time, professional, friendly and a great plumber. He did everything we asked of him at a fair price. We will contract him again when it is time to do the finished plumbing work once the new shower and vanity top have been installed. Great job Boris!

I had seen multiple excellent reviews for Boris on Nextdoor so I put together my list of plumbing questions/issues and gave him a call. Not only did he respond to my message quickly, he came out that day, was on time, and happily answered all of my questions. No charge to assess our plumbing needs- he ordered a re-circulating pump and came back within a few days to install it for a very reasonable price.

A week later I called Boris again with some water pressure issues that I had forgotten to put on my list of things to ask about the week before. He came out the next day, quickly figured out that our tankless water heater needed to be serviced and got it working like new.

On top of the excellent service and professionalism, Boris is simply a kind and friendly individual. He shakes your hand hello and goodbye, and does his job with a smile. Highly recommend!!
