I recently bought a house and needed to both replace the old water heater with a tankless and do some minor plumbing work. I invited a few plumbing companies to provide a free onsite consultation and found Boris very professional, very punctual, and very clear about what the job will look like. He was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote after the visit and when I called, he was even willing to match a competitor's price. On the day of the job, he showed up all ready to go and expertly completed the work. I got immediate unlimited hot water with my tankless with recirculating pump built in. Additionally, Boris changed a pipe for me that few other plumber was willing to do. Also, he found an issue that was beyond his scope and he told me he would not charge me for it even though it was part of the original quote. While he was in the crawlspace, he even gave me a free visual inspection of all the piping to make sure everything looked good. It's such a breath of fresh air to work with someone as professional, as honest and as competent as Boris. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and he looks sharp doing it too! I'm very thankful I found him. If I ever have any plumbing issue, he's top of my list to get it done! I highly recommend Boris!
