This was awesome. Tuesday night discover basement flooded. Absolutely in need of an expert. The last electrician I called never even called me back and I know plumbers and the like are getting overwhelmed. Thought it could be days. My wife calls these guys up, they come over in 30 minutes! At night! No questions asked. Worked on the problem into the night and had everything fixed and flooding gone in about 2 hours flat. Price was reasonable. What a great experience. Chasen was a super nice guy too and honest with what my options were. When he diagnosed the problem I was expecting him to fix it the next day or later on given my experience with other outfits in the past, maybe had to order parts, but he was determined to fix it that night and was willing to run out and buy everything necessary that night if he had too. It was 8:30pm and he had been working that day at other sites since 6:30am--these guys work hard.

I called to have a leak fixed in my laundry room sink and they over charged me $ 300.00 to put in a new faucet that I purchased. Also during this virus crisis I was told their employees were to wear a mask and gloves. He did not. My appointment was between 11-1 and he showed up at around 8:30 am reeking of cigarette smoke. He was here a total of 90 minutes and had to leave to go to a hardware store because he did not have the proper tools to install the faucet. I talked to the owner with no results and he hung on me. Also tried to send an email and the email address that is on their invoice will not go through.

Zaim came out on a Tuesday morning after I called the owner on a Sunday. He was great! From the moment he arrived, he took extra precaution to ask if we needed him to wear masks/gloves etc. due to the COVID19 Pandemic.

Zaim was quick and diagnosed the issue I had immediately. He didn't cut corners and used the best quality materials without price gouging. The price was competitive and he was top notch in his quality.

As a part-time carpenter, myself, I fully endorse him and Euro Plumbing. They bought out Rogue Plumbing last year and have not dropped the ball one bit! I highly recommend these guys.

I've lived in the same house for 20+ years and never needed a plumber before today. In the past, I've been able to handle any/all plumbing issues, but today I needed a professional to unclog a hopelessly clogged kitchen sink drain.

Called Euro Plumbing to replace a toilet handle that was difficult to access because of an overhanging counter top. Jesse let me know the cost if things went well or if it became necessary to remove and reinstall the toilet. The repair went well but was pretty difficult. Glad I had a pro do the repair. Jesse was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job at a fair price. Will not hesitate to use Euro Plumbing in the future.
