I had high expectations after reading the other reviews about Euro Plumbing and these expectations were absolutely met. Ivo did the removal and installation. He was Prompt & Neat and thoroughly explained the process answering many questions that I had. My existing water heater was 14 years old, so I wanted the peace of mind that I would not have a failure. Ivo brought the system up to code by updating the venting and pan. All pricing was communicated up front and I was given a choice of what work to have done. And the price was very reasonable compared to other estimates that I got. I could not recommend him and Euro Plumbing more strongly.

I was really impressed with Euro Plumbing. My hot 25 year old water heater stopped working. Euro gave me honest feedback and some things to look at over the phone. They suggested that fixing such an old unit wasn't in my best interest. It would just be a matter of time before something else broke and I may want to avoid a service call and replace the unit. They were able to come out the same day and replace it. I got a few quotes, some through Yelp's projects and Lowes, and Euro was the most competitive. They were friendly and easy to work with. I'd make sure to consider them in your short list for plumbing needs.

Euro plumbers saved my vacation by repairing a PVC valve on my motorhome recently. They responded within a couple hours, fixed the valve in 20 minutes and I was on the road again. Several other plumbers declined the job and one quoted me over $1800 for a 20 minute repair. Be careful who you call, but trust Euro plumbers

We had Euro Plumbing replace our hot water heater on Monday June 19 and they did an excellent job of bringing it up to new code requirements and they did so much faster than we expected. Val was our technician and he was polite and was obviously very knowledgeable. I would use them again and I would ask for Val as my go to technician.

Very responsive. Had a plumber out for a water heater estimate the same day and installed the next day. I got two estimates, one from one of the big plumbing companies and one from Euro Plumbers. The Euro Plumbers's estimate was less expensive, had a much better tank and even included pulling a permit. Evo was our installer. He was professional, friendly, very considerate of our home and worked quite efficiently. He explained in detail what he did and how to operate the tank, answering all my questions. I highly recommend Euro Plumbers.

Today--and for the 2nd time--Val from Euro Plumbing saved me from a plumbing emergency. When we noticed a leak in our basement, he came out within hours (on a weekend!), did beautiful work, & charged us a reasonable price. He had me back to doing dishes (yay!) within no time. Our hot water heater began leaking last weekend. Val with Euro Plumbing came to our home immediately. He inspected the current set up before removing the old water heater and recommended changes before installing the new water heater to align with current Douglas county code. He then brought the old water heater upstairs and loaded it in our car so we could take it back to Lowes because it was under warranty. He was professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company and Val!

Boris was easy to work with and good at explaining the options. First, loved the ability to take pictures of our existing water heater and submit them to the tech. Made the process and quote a lot easier and quicker to get an accurate figure. Second, loved the options he gave. We ended up doing a little more than planned based on his recommendations. He was never pushy but simply explained why he would recommend or why it was required. Another company had cancelled with us and we were on the phone with these guys around 5pm, and still managed to come out the next day. Their quote was broken down nicely so we could see exactly what we are paying for. Reliable, and trustworthy!!
