The best. Always solves and fixes our plumbing issues. Arrived a few minutes prior to appointment times. Have used them numerous times.
After replacing a corroded nipple on my jet pump, the technician was never able to prime my pump back to pressure. I called SEVERAL well companies and most either didn't work on my older set-up (deep well with pressure tank and jet pump located in crawl space) or they immediately wanted to up-sell me to a more modern submersible well pump/pressure tank set-up costing up to $4K dollars.
As luck would have it however, the last well company I called referred me to Copsey Plumbing, and after one phone call with Junior, I knew I had the right guys. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, indicating that it could possibly be a clogged jet in the foot valve in the well, from the corrosion of the bad nipple traveling through the return line down the well. He gave me a day and time he could come, and showed up right on time! He and Conner quickly got to work and in just a few hours, I had a new foot valve in my well (with brass fittings this time as the old one had steel), and my water was fully restored (after being without for two weeks)! He also took the time to re-adjust the pressure settings on my jet-pump so now it comes on at the recommended 35 and shuts off at 55. He even re-installed the pump's fan cover which the previous tech had taken off and lost the screw for. All this service and the pricing was extremely reasonable!! They saved me thousands of dollars by simply fixing the actual problem!!
If you are in need of an honest, friendly, and prompt plumbing service (especially if you still have an older plumbing set up), I cannot recommend Junior at Copsey Plumbing enough!!!
I called because I needed service for our new (old) home for an overwhelming septic smell in one of the bathrooms at night, plus a water pressure issue in one of the showers, also a toilet needed to be snaked. I was very clear about needing a plumber when I called and described my issues in detail. I was placed on hold, then told that it sounded like my septic tank just needed to be emptied (when we had just had it inspected by a qualified septic specialist who stated it did not yet need emptying this year). I was told to schedule the septic to be emptied.... and I also let the receptionist know I wanted the plumber to come out. She told me to wait until they came for the septic and the plumber would address it that day. Fast forward to four days later when we still had a dirty toilet that needed a snake, the septic technician arrived and told me that my tank didn't necessarily need to be emptied but that the company would already be charging me $150 since he stepped foot on my property and that it was ""up to me"" if I wanted it pumped. I asked him questions about the septic smell... to which he replied that I need a plumber and he isn't one. He also included that the receptionist didn't know what she was doing and she was filling in for someone. I allowed the tank pumping since I was going to be charged anyway. Later I called back to speak to the receptionist who told me I had been put on the schedule for the plumber to come the next day... when nobody even notified me of this and I wouldn't have been home. I called and requested that I not be charged for the service fee for the plumber because I requested a plumber on my initial call for the toilet that needed a snake and the sewer smell investigation. The company called back to say that wasn't possible because it was a miscommunication ""on both ends"" although I was very clear about our needs and waited days with a disgusting toilet in the house and that they wouldn't be discounting any service. Bad customer service. Do not recommend.
An unbelievable kind man who saved us $3,000! After a con-man from Everready Plumbing tried to sell me a new pump for my well, this guy had my water running in 15 minutes after replacing a switch. Simply quiet and honest--he made no comments against the man who had tried to take us for money we didn't have--simply repaired it quickly and charged less than a tenth of what we had been told the cost would be for a ""new"" pump that we didn't need. I will certainly never hesitate to call him again for well, septic, or any plumbing issues! Thank you so much Mr. Copsey!
Mollie W.We needed the septic tank pumped in our newly purchased home. It was almost full, and riddled with baby wipes. Eugene Copsey's Services was able to schedule us within the week.
30 minutes past our appointment time, I hadn't heard anything. I called the company to make sure everything was okay, and they kept me updated after contacting our service operator. The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem. The service operator worked hard to pump everything out, despite the hose repeatedly getting clogged. We felt awful because it was a hard job, but the operator was super friendly.
Overall a great experience. Thankful that Eugene Copsey's Services could help us so quickly when other companies were scheduling 3-4 weeks out!
We've been a long time client of Eugene Copseys plumbing and septic and we would never use anyone but them. They have Always been pleasant, prompt and thorough as well as very reasonable with their rates. There have been times when we've had emergency situations and they have Always done everything they could to get to us as soon as possible whether during business hours or off hours. We've referred them to people we know who have been pleased as well and have used them repeatedly.

Cheri K.With a leaking septic tank in need of immediate replacement, Copsey's dragged us along for THREE WEEKS with no phone calls to keep us informed, we had to keep calling, practically begging for them to schedule a day, but were given excuse after excuse. Gave up and called another local business which scheduled us for a new tank the SAME WEEK!
