I heard a dripping noise from a pipe from behind the wall of my pantry. I saw zero water damage but called ETG for further scrutiny. Eric checked everything, including the upstairs sink and explained to me that the drip that I sometimes heard was within the pipe itself and was not a leak. He made my day!! Thank you ETG... you are my go-to plumber for now on!

very happy with the work that was done. They answer their phones, give reasonable fair market value prices, and honor their warrantees. The biggest problem with contactors around here is them not showing up when they say they're going to and ETG Plumbing & Heating is always there when they say they're going to be. I will always use them.

I recently installed a new tile floor in my bathroom but wasn't able to re-seat the toilet without leaks. Despite this not being an emergency, ETG showed up within an hour and fixed the problem by installing a completely new flange unit. Fast service, reasonable price. Can't ask for more!

There is no description of the work that he did. I have a ""full one year warranty""
from the builder that repaired my house.

Who rips people off and does shoddy work.

My neighbors have also been victimized by him!!!!
