this company loves to run up invoices on small businesses and when asked to pay they try to do a partial return and say deal
with it. do not do business with this scam company. horrible service horrible customer servcie and definitely bot honest americans. when asked to pay their invoice they simply wanted to do a partial return and a woman by the name of tam said to deal with it. just found out she lied about her name and it is pam. she is gregs wife apparently. and now they have blocked all calls and no longer answering. very rude

I called Etchart's Lakeside Plumbing to see about getting some repairs. I was greeted with, ""WHATA YOU WANT?"" I hung up. A few seconds later the same woman called me and said, ""WHO AM I SPEAKING TOO?"" I asked her the same. She said Pamela erchart. I hung up. These folks installed the original water heater when the house was built. When it died, 12 years later, I called them first because of that fact, reasoning they'd be familiar with the set up. I sent them an email on their website stating exactly what I had and what I needed to replace it. Three days later, while the unit was still in its death throes, they left me a voicemail asking me to call them. About a week later, when it finally stopped working, I called again. No one answered but a message told me to leave my name and number (which they already had) and they'd get back to me. An hour later I called again and, once again, no one answered. I'm not sure how they stay in business without anyone bothering to follow up on inquiries because it certainly is NOT their customer service. I wouldn't buy a squirt gun from this outfit.

I called late on a Thursday evening, 10 minutes before closing, about my clogged drain. Donna was very kind and although the schedule was full she promised to call again in her morning to see if they could make it work.

Donna did call back at 10am the next day. By then I had found another service. But I think her service and attitude deserves a 4-star rating anyway. Thank you, Donna!

Went the extra mile to help us when we needed a sewer clean out installed. Made sure to communicate effectively and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend them for sure.

They might be good, but be sure to watch out for sneaky pricing/billing practices. Their estimate/quote won't include the ""service fee"" and it's not rolled into the bill if you choose to go with them. If the plumber says something like ""There's always a service fee,"" then tell him/her there's always a door and don't let it hit you in the butt on your way out.

Excellent service. Our front yard had to be torn up to install new plumbing. It looked better after they left!! We highly recommend this company.

Apparently the plumbers don't understand traffic laws and signs like ""Right Lane Ends"" and ""Merge Left"". After seeming like he was turning right and then going straight, he tried to merge into my car. Of course after he noticed his mistake, he politely flipped me off.
