With a 6 year old grandson who stuffed way too much tp after a poo...we were too clogged for a teensy auger, enzyme and chemical cleaners! To the rescue John came through to save the day (and our toilet)!

1. Were very timely in responding to my message--that says a lot.
2. Due to my location and schedule, ET recommended another plumber with whom they have a relationship and said plumber did a fast and fair priced PRV replacement.

Called for drain cleaning service midday on a Friday after Christmas and again later in the afternoon -- got no response until the next morning, which forced us into paying a weekend premium for service from another firm. Had to listen to a tirade from Eric immediately after posting review. Wish the initial response had been as quick, as others seem to think highly of his work.

They gave us helpful advance notices like who's to come at what time, and John showed up just on time. He took care of everything very carefully and never left any mess. Our toilet replacement was completed in one hour. True professional!!

Within just 30 minutes they had figured out what was wrong and had it roaring again. I would never have known what the issue was.
