Eric was great! He's friendly, well versed in the parts needed, as well as solving a problem relatively inexpensively compared to the other two companies who said it was a two day job and was estimated over $1000. (Took them 2 hours and less than 1/4 of the cost.)
I will be using ET Plumbing from here on out for any of my plumbing needs!

We recently got new counters installed in our kitchen which included a new sink and faucet. While I was able to install the new faucet, I quickly realized that the rest of the job (replacing the garbage disposal, re-piping beneath the sink, etc.) were above my paygrade. I gave Bluedragon plumbing a call, but they were all booked up for the next week. However, he referred me to Eric with ET Plumbing. I gave Eric a call that afternoon and he penciled me in for first thing the next morning. Sure enough, Eric and his apprentice Bobby showed up and quickly and efficiently got my sink up and running. Eric is a very sociable and friendly guy who genuinely cares about his customers, and is passionate about what he does. He thoroughly explained everything that he was going to work on and gave me a very fair quote. When all the work was done, he even mentioned that I could call or text him anytime if I ever had a plumbing question and he would give me free advice (even for items unrelated to the work he did on our kitchen sink) - that's fantastic service! In a world of businesses who only care about profits, it's a breath of fresh air to do business with someone like Eric. Eric is now my go to guy for any future plumbing needs I have. I HIGHLY recommend ET plumbing.

I was installing a bidet that required the hose to attach to t-valve under my wonderful seamless toilet (pain in the *#%*) I gave up and called around. I was given Eric's name and scheduled an appointment.
Eric started by replacing the fill valve because I had stripped the plastic threading....but after an hour of trying to get behind the toilet to install the t-valve he gave up. Long story short a few days later he calls and said he had a simple fix! He was bound and determined to get this thing connected. Eric came out and within 15-20 min he had the bidet connected! Great guy would totally recommend him and now we can say we have happy tushes!

Eric was highly recommended by the #1 plumber on yelp... and with good reason. He responded to my call in a respectable amount of time, gave me a "ball park" quote, and scheduled me for the next day. He and Bobby arrived promptly on time. Both were very professional and courteous. They assessed my leak and replaced/repaired the shut off valve at the street in a matter of no time. He completed the job, with warranty, and charged me the very low end of the quoted price. Eric offered phone consultation at any time. I will certainly call him for any future plumbing needs.
