Eric and Christie from ET were so wonderful. Our garbage disposal stopped working and all of a sudden we had fruit-flies in the kitchen it was horrible. Christie responded right away and she got us scheduled with Eric for the very next day. When he got here it was clear the disposal hadn't been serviced or changed out in 20 years (since before we bought the house). He identified the issues right away, talked us through the options and was able to replace it and get rid of the problem's source.

Eric was super cordial and acted with the utmost safety precautions given the coronavirus issues still abundant. We felt at ease the whole time. We will call them back for any other plumbing needs we have again in the future. Thank you ET Plumbing!

Had to have our toilets pulled and resealed and decided to go with these guys because of their great reviews as well as awesome pricing! Seriously though the pricing at ET plumbing is very reasonable, please don't ever change it guys! First company I've used for home issues where I didn't feel as though they wanted to drain my bank account, so refreshing and honest!
Very personable and friendly crew! They even put the rugs and other bathroom items back in their place once they were done. I will definitely make them my new go to plumbers!

I recently contacted ET Plumbing due to a leaking fiberglass bathtub. Eric responded to my request immediately and then thoroughly explained the removal and replacement process while allowing me to ask any and all questions until I was knowledgeable about the whole procedure. My conversations with Eric not only made me feel confident in his adeptness but also in his work ethic. However, after much consideration, I switched directions and decided to have the bathtub repaired and refinished (which is outside of Eric's expertise) and although I didn't contract with ET Plumbing, I wanted to share my experience and praise his helpfulness and consideration. As my fellow Yelpers know, it can be difficult to decide who to contact, especially when you have a huge selection of highly-rated professionals to choose from, so I hope this review will be helpful in taking that first step.

Our garbage disposal broke on Sunday and you don't realize how much you need something until it's broken right? Eric's team showed up right on time and had it all replaced in less than 30 minutes. Even took out the old and disposed of it. They also had the best price! I was not expecting to dig into my ER house fund so quickly after buying my house but didn't make a dent in it at all once we ran the transaction. I would totally use them again!

John was the best, he did an awesome job replacing the twisted tube my husband made out of our tub spout, builder glued a threaded kind, that's a no no. Eric was the one who quoted the job, he was super attentive and kind but most of all understanding of our particular situation. Fair pricing and and excellent job all the way. Thank you again!

ET did not complete work for me as they were busy, however this review is for their customer service.
1. Were very timely in responding to my message--that says a lot.
2. Due to my location and schedule, ET recommended another plumber with whom they have a relationship and said plumber did a fast and fair priced PRV replacement.
