Owner came out in a few hours to get an eye on the problem. Talked through some options, seemed very honest and didn't want to up charge us on work that probably didn't need to be done. Plumber that morning quoted $4000 and he said no way that could be the problem and said would be more like a few hundred dollars to repair it if we found where it was and narrowed it down to a few feet of yard. My husband spent an hour and dug the yard up a little and sure enough, he was right! Would definitely call him again!

I scheduled an appointment with the owner of this company for a free estimate on work I wanted to have done at my place. The owner bailed but informed me that he was sending someone else over to my place to take a look at the work order. I get a call from one of his tech asking what I needed done which I had already explained to the owner so I told them again what it was. The guy asked if this was just an estimate which I had already made the owner aware of so his worker seemed to have lost interest and said he was not going to be able to make it after all because he was in a different city. He wanted to schedule for another day which I declined. I called the owner and told him his tech was not going to show up after all. He asked if I was home, I told him I had just left to the store since his worker had bailed on me. He then proceeded to tell me he has two techs in my area that he could send. I told him that I could be home in 30min so go ahead and send one of them to my home. Then the owner back tracks and tells me that they will play it by ear instead...Was he thinking I would not call out his bluff? If he had two available plumbers in my area why did he not send one of them in the first place instead of the other tech that's an hour away? Not sure what games he was trying to play but I was no longer interested in his services.
