This company couldn't be more disorganized, although vetted by my building (not for any longer). A month ago I called and texted the boss Victor with all the details and pics of my issue. After a week of silence I called again and he asked me to forward everything to another phone nr (""""the office""""). I did. The office told me they were working on it. 10 days after no estimate no nothing. I texted again, nothing, so I called Victor again. Victor is now asking me to forward to another office. I did today. One month has passed. Let's see when they get back to me. What a waste of time

Good value, came on- time and quickly. Installed washer dryer connections and changed kitchen faucet . Would recommend. Owner is accessible and fair.

Bad service with horrible customer service. They would not pick up phone in the entire day. When they do pick up - the people are extremely rude and not customer service driven. I would stay away from them at all costs.

Let me just start by saying the service guy was excellent - Ernesto! This company took advantage of me - they charged me almost $700 to change a drain plug and install a disposal. I think they took advantage because I am female. I know how much things cost and this company committed highway robbery! My recommendation would be to avoid.

My kitchen sink had a leak that was causing damages to the floor, called the company number and a guy named Victor picked up and said that he would send someone to come take a look at the issue. He explained that he would charge $180 for the inspection in case there is nothing they could do (to reimburse for time, gas, etc) but that this would be deductible from the total service once they fixed the problem. He sent someone that day and noted that the kitchen needed a completely new faucet, which they offered to purchase and install the following day. Ended up charging me over $500!! The $180 did not turn out to be deductible and charged me again the following day + service + faucet. Called Victor to see if this was a mistake and he was very aggressive and rude over the phone saying there was nothing he could do and that it was standard. Terrible customer service, would not recommend this company, and upon reading other reviews it seems they have a habit of overcharging! Do not use this company.

Terrible service A fraud. I called them to change the handle of my shower and sent them a photo of the valve beforehand. They came with no parts at all and spent two hours trying to find the right handle in stores around. Even though the valve is a Delta, a very common one, finally they tell me that they couldn't find it. They charged me $ 280 promising that they would find the handle and come back to install it. I paid and they never returned. They did not send the receipt as they said they would. They don't answer my messages. I was scammed by Estrella Plumbing.

This is for Estrella Plumbing. Terrible company would not recommend it all. The manager has no customer service skills when speaking with a customer and they over charge clients. My client requested service from them because he had an emergency, just to come out and assess the problem they charged $180, normally when you do use a company to solve the problem they deduct the visit amount from your total bill. Well in this case they didn't. When they came to fix the problem they charged $325 including the part. They left the receipt for the part which was $80, so the rest was for the service plus the $180 they first charge, final invoice was $505 and the part was only $80. This is Unacceptable, I have worked with many great companies and they would never do this. I understand if you don't used them, then they are paid for the time they went out. But not double charge. Unfortunately, I was very sick and couldn't help my client finding a reliable source. I manage a lot of properties in brickell and all around south Florida and this is not the right way to conduct business. Please be careful if you contact this company, there are many great companies out there that will not do this. Here is the image of the receipt they left for the part that was changed. This is no joke being charged $500 over a piece that is $80 is a bit ridiculous, these people do not deserve to be in business. So be careful
