Jaime is one of those finds you're not sure you want to tell anyone about - except for your closest friends. My late parents' neighbor in Encino told us about him, and he did a lot of work on my parents' house before I had him out to mine in Woodland Hills. (Mom died 4 years ago but he remembers her still, which is nice.)

In addition to all sorts of random plumbing projects, he can do other stuff (and has other people who work with him). He redid my back yard and front yard sprinklers recently. And if he can't do it, he usually ""knows a guy who"" can - so we called him when I needed a replacement shower door. Since that one was easy, he just did it himself - was at the Home Depot within the hour (I caught him at a good time - he's usually pretty booked), running options for my inexpensive replacement. The next day, he and his guy took out the old one and put in the new one.

Everyone needs a good plumber, but it's hard to find someone you can trust. I'm glad Jaime has a lot of work - but not too much to help me when I need it!
