Completely non-responsive and a fraud! Paid them my home warranty deductible, which they easily took. Never came back to make the repair that was approved. Tried multiple times to get them to call back, but they won't. Recommend avoiding at all cost!

I had five different plumbers, including one which specialised in directional boring, take a look at the burst polybutylene pipe which connected my house to the city water. I got all kinds of outrageous price quotes and none of them were willing to bore under my yard, however, every last one of them wanted to dig a trench through my yard, drill a hole into my slab, cut holes in my drywall, and leave a path of destruction from the outside wall of my house to my boiler. Stacey came to take a look, listened to what I was hoping for, and one simple directional bore later, the pipe was replaced and my house was not destroyed. I can not recommend Estes Pro Plumbing enough! Stacey did a phenomenal job in just a couple hours and was by far the most reasonably priced for how much equipment was needed and how much Stacey had on stand-by if the directional boring couldn't work. Thank you, Stacey!

Estes was called to help reinstall my kitchen faucet. Prices are outrageous!! They have this tiered pricing starting at $400 up to $1200 and it doesn't even include the service fee of $59 or a new faucet if needed?! Even the tech they sent said it was outrageous and that he had been cussed out over it from other customers. He was a nice guy and that's why I gave them 2 stars but otherwise, it's price gouging at its best. I called an independent plumber who drove from past Chateau Elan down to my home near the airport and only charged me $150.00. Shame on Estes.

I contacted Stacey about our kitchen sink drain which needed reassembled (my brother-in-law and I had tried to reconnect the plumbing after cleaning o9ut the blockage) and tested for leaks. He was running a bit behind schedule but texted me accordingly. He addressed my problem, charged me a reasonable price (which he quoted to me before starting work) and was very courteous and professional. I plan to use him again in the near future. Larry B.

Stacy is great! He did some work on a leaking downstairs bathroom back in 2017. Fixed my issue & the pricing wasn't bad at all. Now 2019, my upstairs shower was having issues. He fixed & pricing wasn't bad. I am also asking him for an estimate on replacing the bath/shower in my 3rd bathroom. I am excited! He has consistently provided great customer service!

Horrible and disrespectful. I contacted Estes Pro Plumbing via their website regarding a dripping faucet. Mr. Estes called me back the next morning and I returned his call about an hour later, only to discover that his voicemail was full. I followed up with a text message and when Mr. Estes called me back, I explained my problem. After first telling suggesting I replace the entire faucet because it was 10 years old (seems ridiculous, imo), he then advised that he would charge $125.00 to repair the drip. I agreed to this price and Mr. Estes advised that he would check his schedule and call me right back. He never did. Total waste of time.

Stacy was a life saver!! We made and appointment with him and he came out the very next day. I was in a bit of a rush because I was having a small dinner. After telling him what issue we were having, he took a look at it, and fixed it in about 30 minutes!! Super fast and gave us a fair price!! I will absolutely be calling him again!! I have used Estes Pro Plumbing twice now and will continue to do so. Mr. Estes is polite and efficient. He works quickly, does the work professionally and charges reasonably. Importanly, he listens to what you say and is accommodating. In this age of cookie-cutter responses to everything, it's nice to find someone who will work with you.
