Importanly, he listens to what you say and is accommodating. In this age of cookie-cutter responses to everything, it's nice to find someone who will work with you.

I had five different plumbers, including one which specialised in directional boring, take a look at the burst polybutylene pipe which connected my house to the city water. I got all kinds of outrageous price quotes and none of them were willing to bore under my yard, however, every last one of them wanted to dig a trench through my yard, drill a hole into my slab, cut holes in my drywall, and leave a path of destruction from the outside wall of my house to my boiler. Stacey came to take a look, listened to what I was hoping for, and one simple directional bore later, the pipe was replaced and my house was not destroyed. I can not recommend Estes Pro Plumbing enough! Stacey did a phenomenal job in just a couple hours and was by far the most reasonably priced for how much equipment was needed and how much Stacey had on stand-by if the directional boring couldn't work. He made the needed repairs and thanked me for my business! I manage rental properties and have dealt with lots of plumbers through the years, so I know Stacy's charge was reasonable for the service provided and I know I had great service. Mr. Stacey was a true professional, upfront and very responsive. I called the business and he answered the call instantly. I told him the urgency of the problem and he happily fit me into his busy schedule penciling me in between another job he had in the area. He also honored the coupon posted on Angie's List and quoted me a fair price for his services. Stacey, thank you and job well done. If you want a job done right at a reasonable cost, then Estes is your company.

Completely non-responsive and a fraud! Paid them my home warranty deductible, which they easily took. Never came back to make the repair that was approved. Tried multiple times to get them to call back, but they won't. Recommend avoiding at all cost!

I'm 85 years old and I've dealt with more than a few plumbers and plumbing companies in my life and I've never like one better than John Hazzard at Estes Plumbing. I like him and Estes because: 1. He's done excellent work on two separate jobs for me. 2. The company sent him right away. 3. Both jobs were done at a very reasonable price and you're shown the price for a job in a book before the work starts so you don't have wonder if the plumber's on commission or influenced by the value of your house. You'll like John. He's a slow-talking, quick-witted perfectionist with a sense of humor who loves the job he's been doing for 26 years and the company he's worked for 13 years, which also speaks well of Estes. So when John does the job for you as splendidly as the two he's done for me, take the time to write a few words about him on a review on Podium or the Estes website. It counts these days. His pride won't let him do it so I'm asking for him. Do it for John and the many people with plumbing problems it will help. Jeff F.
