I had a small gas leak in my garage someplace. One Plummer came last week prior and could not find a leak so it was referred to a leak detection Plummer, ""Estate leak detection and plumbing"". (The original Plummer told us that we needed a pressure test). The owner of Estate Plumbing, Wally and his associate came out today. Wally explained in detail what the pressure test consisted of and said that they would rather try to find the leak first. I was very thankful for that. They explained everything they did and through their diligence, they found the leak. We were very pleased with their outstanding service and would very highly recommend Estate Leak Detection and plumbing

Quick response time to phone calls. Easy and honest communication. Incredibly fair price! Walter (Wally) came out and fixed a plumbing blockage as well as a seal issue that could've caused future issues. He did great work with an awesome attitude. We had our 12-year old water heater go out in our manufactured home a couple of months ago and were referred to Estate Leak Detection by another plumbing company who was too busy to take the call. Walter and his team came out to replace it and were great. The water heater they installed initially was defective--something they'd never seen happen before, but they came right back and gave us a new one and it's been all good since. Definitely recommend this company for top-notch, honest service at a reasonable price.

Every time we have called Walter he has been nothing but honest and helpful. We continue to call him even for small problems because he always gives us an honest straightforward answer and never runs us around for more money. I just called him about my garbage disposal and he walked me through everything that I needed to know including some extra information. His prices are extremely reasonable which mean he's a busy guy so you may have to call or text him more than once but it is so worth it. Definitely give this Guy a call for any plumbing needs ever because he is simply amazing!! Wally you will continue to be my go to plumber!!!

We have had Walter fix plumbing issues at our home for a few years. But when our water heater went out on a Friday he came out that night and got it fixed in no time. Walter is wonderful! I couldn't believe my home warranty would send out a courteous, knowledgeable, and on time plumber. He actually made it earlier than originally stated. He fixed the issue in about 30 minutes and then spent a few more minutes giving me a tips. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber.

My impression: Walter is very honest and hardworking. He has all needed equipments to do the work. He goes great length to try to fix any problem.
I had stoppage problem in both kitchen and laundry room. At beginning I forgot to call the warranty company but called another quite famous plumbing company. That company sent someone to check the pipe using camera and declares that both pipe under the slab were broken and the slab had to be opened for further checking. I then realized that I could get service from warranty company so I called them. The warranty company first sent a plumber with hydro-jet trying to make through the pipe from the opening outside the house opposite to the kitchen, after some effort without success, he declared that the pipe was broken under the slab. And he refused to do the hydro-jet for the laundry room because he was afraid of messing up the laundry room since it's indoor and the hydro-jet might bring out a lot of dirty things from the pipe, then he reported to the warranty company saying he could not do anything.
Next, the warranty company send Walter and his assistant from Estate Leak Detection and Plumbing. He first used his camera to check the kitchen, then used a machine snake trying to make through for quite some time, finally he declares that the kitchen line got through! He fixed the kitchen stoppage problem that had been wrongly declared broken by the other two plumbers! Then Walter went to the laundry room. There he went great length trying to fix the problem. I saw he used the camera and snake one after another repeatedly. Because the laundry room was so small and the pipe opening was one foot in the wall, it's very hard to operate the machines. Sometimes Walter had to lie down on the ground trying to better reach the opening. He also needed to send water into the pipe and had to left some water on ground inside the wall, then he used a big vacuum to suck back the water. He spend more than one hour in the small laundry room, his whole shirt got wet with sweat! Although he didn't make it through, he located the place where both the camera and the snake couldn't go further. We need cut open that place to figure out the reason.
I am very happy with Walter's work. He fixed one problem and tried very hard on the other and located exact place of problem.
In my experience, Walter is the most hardworking and honest plumber I have ever met. I have taken quite a few pictures while Walter was working, but it's a pity seems I cannot post the pictures here with the review.

We had what we thought was a slab leak at our place of business and called Estate Leak Detection. I had their card that was given to me at a charity event. Walter answered the phone and let me know he could come by after the job he was at. He arrived sooner than promised and got right to work. He quickly discovered it was not a slab leak and that someone had placed the air conditioning drainage in a random pipe on the roof, it had been draining into the wall for quite some time and caused extensive damage. We had to deal with asbestos removal and Walter did not offer that service but he did return later to install the new toilet.
Walter dealt with my landlord and informed him of the options available to him (insurance, asbestos issues, etc..) He was so easy to deal with and from my landlords feedback reasonably priced. I would recommend Estate Leak Detection and Plumbing to any of my friends, family and customers. I was very happy with his work and professionalism.

Walter, the business owner, came to deal with a leak in my kitchen wall that was causing drain water to leak underneath the house and a strong odor in the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cut out the drywall, and repaired the drain pipes that had disconnected. He was very friendly and was glad to explain things to me along the way. We even chit chatted outside a little bit and I wasn't even his last job of the day. Glad to have found Estate Leak detection and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an honest small business owner!
