Late post - The water spicket was leaking heavily in the garage and we couldn't get it to stop, we had to turn off the water. That's when I reached out to James at Essential Plumbing, found him on Thumbtack. James called me back right away, and came right over to take care of the issue. He replaced the entire faucet head making easier to use with the water hose. James performed the repair quickly and neatly. He did a great job, no more leaking.

My tub was draining super slow. I had already tried a few things myself and I could not get anything to solve the issue. Steve came out within the hour of my request and fixed the issue. He did a quick clean up of the issue and left my restroom with no evidence of being in there. He made no mess and was courteous enough to bring shoe covers. I felt the price was fair for the work that was heavily backed by experience.

I am happy to give a GREAT review to Essential Plumbing Svcs and its owner, James Sander. I spoke with James regarding a project to remove and replace a toilet in my home. He was available to come out the same day we spoke. I was pleased with the price he offered and set up the service call for the next morning. James arrived on time and as I had located the replacement, he stopped at Home Depot and picked it up as part of the job, also agreeing to dispose of the broken one.

James was respectful of my light colored carpet and wore shoe covers anytime he was inside. The toilet was replaced and he also allowed me to pay by credit card without an extra fee, which was another plus. He worked quietly and was in and done in no time and on his way. Great service and personal skills that are often lacking these days.

I recommend James and Essential Plumbing with enthusiasm and now have a respected company should I need additional work in the future!

We had an emergency fix that we put multiple calls out for. Essent plumbing responded in less than 10 minutes and was at the house within 20 mins. James has exceptional customer service, he was working with a toddler and n elderly man with dementia, who surrounded his work space. James also took on other projects while he was here n fixed the emergency as well as replacing a toilet and changing lines. He did an Excellent job, he stayed 100% patient and professional! Essiential Plumbing will be who is used at my dad's ranch from here on out!! Thank you James! Welcome to the area!!
