Homeguard warranty uses them. My master bathroom was leaking into my living room ceiling. He was suppose to do an inspection, but instead just looked at the tub and blamed it on a surface level crack. he did not run any water or test anything. Dont even look to see where the leak was going to. After I found out, I called and left him a voicemail and never received a phone call back. Seems like a scam. I had a real inspection done by a real plumber and the leak was coming from a pipe. The ceiling needed to be cut open. I guess that was too much plumbing work. 0/5 SCAM DONT RECOMMEND!!! They don't even have a google page.

The owner, Tim, was fantastic! I needed to have the toilet tank parts replaced in a toilet whose tank was under a counter ledge, with little room for repair. In addition, I needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced, where the room between the underside of the sink and the the wall was severely lacking. He was efficient, friendly, informative and fast.

Tim, the owner showed up to fix two of our shower valves and was very professional. This was a job that was originally scheduled with a different plumbing company through our home warranty. The other company misdiagnosed the problem (thermostatic valve) which was not covered by our plan. I asked for a second opinion because the tech did not seem very knowledgeable and was very rude. Essential Plumbing was dispatched to us instead. Tim knew right away that it was just a bad cartridge which was covered under warranty. He fixed both showers on the same day. Tim was very pleasant and wore his mask and booties over his boots before he walked into our home. I highly recommend Essential Plumbing based on customer service, knowledge and quality work.

In our place of business we wanted to install two sinks into two different rooms. Essential plumbing was highly recommended from a friend. Tim and his crew came to our place of business and his estimate was very fair and honest! He completed it in a timely manner and did an excellent job.!! And when they finished the areas are very clean.Tim is a true professional and you can tell from his demeanor he's a very honest man. I would highly recommend Essential Plumbing !!!

Tim was awesome! He came out on a service call contracted through our home warranty.
We had another company out yesterday that did NOTHING but break our bathtub stopper / drain and then tell us nothing could be done to unclog the pipe. (15 min visit ) they were lazy. The other company also said we would need to pay $900 to re pipe that area and even suggested we repipe the entire house for the low price of $9000.

So today we had the pleasure of Tim coming out to have a go at fixing the mess the other company left behind.
Tim did just that ... it's want easy in fact his snake machine began to smoke but never once did he tell me he couldn't do the job. He actually said I'm not giving up !
He cleared the pipe after about a 2 hour sweat session in my bathroom. He also fixed the stopper , cleaned his way out and was very easy going.
I will use him again and will recommend him to family and friends in the area looking for a good plumber!

My water heater at home was having some issues. It was taking way too much gas and not putting out much hot water. Having a home warranty, since we had bought the house about six-eight months previously, I called and filed a claim.

In the past I've had home warranty companies send out the worst techs that either didn't know what they were doing... or didn't care. This time I was happy as could be with Essential Plumbing.

I was expecting some cheap-o water heater with basic installation. Essential went above and beyond and fought with the warranty company to get all of the needed work done. In the end I have a brand new high-quality water heater that was installed properly and professionally.

Technician was prompt, polite, and cleaned up any mess created. He was able to answer my endless amount of questions while working.

It's not always easy to find a good plumber... and I've seen a few bad ones over the years. I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to call Essential again. Hopefully I'll never need them again, though. lol
