I had the pleasure of working with Eli and his team at Essential Plumbing for an unfortunate slab leak situation. We bought our home in Clairemont in late 2021 and had new floors put in right away. Within 1 year we had a slab leak and we're told by another plumber we had to pull up the new flooring and Jack hammer through the concrete to fix it.
Eli was able to provide an alternative solution to reroute the pipe above to the roof thus keeping our new floors intact!! Also ensured we wouldn't have any future slab leaks from that hot water line by replacing the whole section with new copper pipes, all for less $ than it would have cost to rip up flooring and jackhammer! Life saver and I will use them for all future plumbing issues.

We called in Eli from Essential Plumbing to fix a leak under a sink that started right after another plumber unclogged the sink. (The first plumber had blamed the faucet, but he didn't really go and look to see what was going on, which is why we wanted a second opinion. Eli showed up right on time and was very thorough but efficient in checking it out and repairing it. He also did a great job explaining what the issue was in language that someone who doesn't speak ""Plumberese"" can understand. Highly recommended - if we ever have another problem with plumbing (thanks, San Diego, for the hard water) or heating/air, we will immediately call Eli.
