We've used Essential Home Services many times over the last 4 years for a variety of projects around our home. Heath has replaced our garbage disposal, painted the interior, created a ""window"" in the dining room wall, installed a security screen, flushed our hot water heater, installed various ceiling fans inside and out, erected a screen on the patio to keep golf balls away, changed door locks, and replaced several faucets. He is our go to handyman for all things essential! Heath's prices are very reasonable, and his employees are always professional and courteous. Heath came to fix mistakes that were made by the gentleman that I hired to fix up my house so that I can sell it. He did such a good job, that I wish I had hired Heath from the beginning for the entire job. Not only is his work professional and quality, but his prices are very competitive. I won't be using anyone else in the future. He talks to you in layman's terms and doesn't up charge you for nominal items. We hired EHS to install a gazebo we ordered from Costco, and couldn't be happier with the results! Heath, and his assistant, Tommy, worked diligently, and precisely, over a two-day period to install the gazebo. It is clearly evident that Heath knows what he's doing, and takes great pride in what he does, which is very important to us. They were both exceedingly polite, and made sure to clean up after they were done. I had put off buying the gazebo for two years because I had not been successful in finding a handyman I could trust for this big job. I can unequivocally, and wholeheartedly, recommend EHS for any job, large or small.

Heath was amazing to work with! Him and his guys installed pavers and assembled a huge shed for me. He also mounted a TV and installed new electrical to run cables through the wall. They were on time and cleaned up very nicely after. Heath has great attention to detail, I didn't have to give much instruction at all. He had all the right ideas.
