Working on a project for my father I got the opportunity to meet Jose. He was very responsive to my call, was professional and took the time to provide us with a very thorough estimate. His bid was right in line with the others we received and was detailed and specific. We ended up having to use a water damage expert because of a mold issue, however, I would have used Jose if we did not have the complication of mold. We will use him on future work as well as reconstruction we may need after the water remediation.

We needed a remodel of our laundry room and some replacement of rotted siding on our house. We reached out to 3 different contractors and J.Solis out shined them all! Jose is professional, polite and courteous, needless to say he's a great contractor! He did all the work himself, is very skilled in plumbing and electrical and his assistant was also meticulous, and tidied up every day before leaving. The job went well, they are trustworthy and reliable, and we are thrilled with the results. Jose checks in with the client step by step to ensure we're all on the same page. Any requests for touch ups etc were received with no problems, on top of this he replaced all our outdoor faucet connections /spigots which were all leaking - that was a treat! Thank you!
We had no doubts about hiring him, and would do so again!

Alfredo and his crew from J. Solis Construction recently (April 2019) completed an 18 month long complete remodel of our 114-year-old home and when I say complete remodel I mean everything, from attic to foundation, all new systems, plumbing, electrical, bathroom and kitchen total remodels along with new tile, all the way to exterior siding repair and new paint. To say we were satisfied is a total understatement - from the first Alfredo was on site everyday with his guys and it's not exaggerating to say that they became almost like family. They worked in a timely and efficient manner and were very good about cleaning up every day where feasible, putting up plastic sheeting to reduce dust, etc.

It always a little uncomfortable opening up your home to strangers, turning over the keys and letting them have access while you are absent, but from day one Alfredo called and texted every day of the project to let us know what the day's work would entail and then he would follow-up with a review, which was very much appreciated, so there was no wondering what work was being done on what day.

They were very accommodating on our requests for certain modifications to the plans (adding an outlet or a external lighting, adding an accent color to the exterior paint, etc.) and the work was completed on schedule (except where the weather made working outside difficult) and to our absolute satisfaction.

I can highly recommend Alfredo and J.Solis Construction and we will definitely be calling them again when we're ready to landscape our front and backyards.

They can do it all, from major structural work to detail finishing on a 114-year-old Victorian home and we are extremely happy with the work done.
