I had Esposito & son HV do my semi annual HV service and could not be more pleased with the service. Mr. Esposito did the service himself. It was the most thorough cleaning I have ever received. He spent more time on the cleaning than any other company I've had to my home. He was courteous and very informative, fully explaining what he did including before and after photos.
I'd recommend this company for any of you HVAC needs.

I can't say enough good things about Esposito & Son HVAC. Normally I try to tackle home electrical and plumbing repairs myself because I don't trust the work will be to my satisfaction. Purchased a Trane unit several years ago and felt I should call the original install company since parts were still under warranty. They came, charged a diagnosis fee and came up with an expensive part that needed to be repaired and quoted $550 to repair. Thought I had no choice and pursued the fix with initial install company. While waiting, Pat was referred to me by a relative ...basically telling me he was fantastic and to call him. Talked to him briefly about the problem on the phone and he said it was not the $550 part and he would come take a look. I cancelled repair order with the other company. Pat comes over and finds three very inexpensive parts to be replaced, fixes them and I am up and running that same day. I had been waiting 2 weeks for the other company to get the part and get back to me. Not every HVAC technician is this skilled, honest, and easy to work with. In my 40 years of fixing things around the house I only have one company that I have full faith and appreciation to call back-Esposito & Son HVAC. Next year I will need a new upstairs unit-I won't get a second quote.

I went down into my finished basement and found that the edge of my carpet outside of my furnace room was soaked with water. I opened the door and found a large puddle of water coming from the bottom of my hot water heater. I immediately called Esposito & Son and Pat came that same day. he shut off the water on my unit so it wouldn't continue to leaker and explained that my water heater needed to be replaced. He then gave me an itemized estimate for what it would cost to replace my unit and told me he could do the job the next day. I found his price to be very fair and agreed to have him do the job. By noontime the next day the new hot water heater was efficiently installed and my problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Esposito & Son to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC repairs.

Pat came today to check out the HVAC system, which I had been told by a large local company needed replacement. He only did a visual, having determined that it is too cold at present for an accurate reading. When the temperature is above 70 he will return for a more complete look, and coax this system along if possible. He did not try to sell me a new unit and only offered a quote when pressed... less than half the amount of the larger competitor. As a single woman of a ""certain age"" I am always apprehensive about repairs or replacements for fear of being taken advantage of. Pat is kind, a straight shooter and a man of integrity. No pressure, no scare tactics, just the honest truth. So glad I can rely on Esposito and Son now, and for future needs. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Pat Esposito is a rare find in today's world! As a professional home inspector myself I am familiar with HVAC systems. When I inspected his neat and well designed work I just had to find this talented individual so that we could hire him for our own home! We hired Pat to service our boiler which was well worth the wait to get on his schedule. Pat is highly knowledgeable, he takes his time to do the job right, and takes pride in his work. Unlike many other HVAC companies he's not out to sell you a replacement. Instead, he provides practical advice for keeping your unit going for as long as possible. I was impressed with Pat's professionalism, organization, and thoroughness. On top of that, he charges very fair prices and even does charity work for those in difficult situations. It was clear that Pat enjoys his work and serving the people who hire him.
