Do not use this company. They give the worst service. I have waited 3 days for an aquastat to be replaced on my hot water heater. I left work early to meet the tech between 5 & 6 as the man who called me said. At 740 the tech called and said ""I'd prefer to come tomorrow"" .When I said that tomorrow was not an option he said then ill be there around 10:30. Its 11:15 and still no sign of him. I have used this company for years and knew their service stunk. Shame on me for sticking it out. don't get in my shoes.

Horrible, I was TOTALLY taken advantage of $438 to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom, 1st repairman arrives charges me $184 claims he fixed the issue 10 minutes after he left, The leak was worse than ever !! 2nd repairman arrives claims I need a cartridge cannot identify the make of my faucet but says he will order the part?? Repairman arrives with the cartridge ($9 part on Amazon) The repair literally takes 5 minutes tops wants an additional $254, I explain that seems excessive he just shrugs his shoulders, I call the owner Rob ..absolutely NO HELP!! I could have purchased 2 faucets for what they charged to fix one...STAY AWAY !!

It's finally been confirmed by the manufacturer of our boiler that these guys didn't know what they are doing. We have a complex wall hanging boiler that was installed by them, but they aren't able to trouble shoot. Last thing they said was the boiler needed a new mother board. $500 later. We're still looking for someone that can fix what they installed. That knows what they are doing and not guessing and making up numbers.

Unfortunately I have a service contract with Esposito Plumbing & Heating. In 2013 we converted from oil to gas and we had Esposito do the work. Back then they were competitive with their pricing & their customer service was decent. We opted to keep them on as our service provider which was fine, until we needed something!
Last week, my local village called to say that our permit was never closed back in 2013. So I called Esposito to inquire about this, since we were charged nearly $400 for the permits. I was told, by the person answering the phone that the plumber who did my work no longer works there and they don't have a license to work in my village. I was assured though that someone would take care of this & get back to me. Over a week goes by and NO ONE got back to me! Now I still have a service contract with them, but apparently that doesn't account for much.
So I call them again & again I was told that they were trying to contact the plumber that did the work, but he wasn't responding so there was nothing they could do!! I proceeded to tell her that I will not be renewing my service contract with them since their customer service is god awful & I am paying for a service that they cannot provide for me. Her response was ""ok"". So much for loyalty & customer service.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently had Esposito Plumbing come to my home when my heat wasn't working. I'm a single mother on a fixed income. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money. I phoned after receiving this information and the only response from the company that they were sorry I was unhappy and their pricing was guided by a book they used. Frankly, that so called book needs to be thrown in the garbage. I will be calling the BBB re: their fraudulent behavior. Ripping off customers the way they do is unconscionable. They have no care or concern as to charging insane prices to those who need their service immediately such as fixing heat on a cold day. I'm certain their are many companies that do not treat their customers this way and are honest and reputable. As in all services their are many options re: who to call. Esposito Plumbing should Never Be Called.

Let me start of by saying if I could rate this business and management a zero, I would happily do it with my eyes closed.

I'm a no fuzz guy, successful, and without boundaries financially. But, there also limits between highway robbery and fraud, and they test it thinking they are untouchable. I had piping work done from these guys (I have the highest service contract with them) where an addition was needed for the new dishwasher. From that work led to faucet issues. They came back and cleared the faucet only for another issue to come up - a rigid faucet handle which felt like it was going to break off. I phoned them again a few days later hoping this was a transient issue. They came out and looked at it, said it was an independent issue from the past issues, and slapped me with a bill of near $109.

I've phoned their managers countless times, been told they would phone me back in an hour and never did, then repeated inquiries that were never returned.

Spoke with them today - I have been a loyal customer. We have family and friends with them. He tells me that if I do a big job with them, I.e., replace ACs which would be tens of thousands of dollars, they would give me a credit of $108 +.

Let me tell you, stay away from these guys! Besides the fact the management here is unethical, the prides are outrageous and hold you hostage.

And please notify the BBB and District Attorney of their practices. I know the law field well and know their practice isn't atypical of their nature. They charge for bogus issues and make you do additional work in order to get the initial cost back. This is FRAUD. I've already started the process and so should you if something similar happened.

Finally, some of their workers including one who posted on Yelp will make for a very good discussion with the district attorneys/BBB office.

I worked for Al for a long time. My last paycheck I was shorted 17 hours whichwas $800. so im going to say it how it is. He's retiringvery soon cause he's in his 70's so his outrageous prices and the low paying under experienced workers equal a man milking the company for every dime. Ive personallyseen him lie, cheat customers for the all mighty dollar. He's the biggest liar, scumbag I ever met. He'll look to screw anyone and everyone. He offers no benifts worth while to employee's and he'll break worker'srights to see what he can get away with. He'sa terrible man. BUYER BEWARE DONT SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY HERE CAUSE THE MATERIALHE USES IS USED AND INFERIOR. YOU WILL BE TAKEN. If I couldgive no stars I would.

Prompt and courteous rep came to the house, but prices are astronomical. 400 dollars to fix a part that cost 20 dollars at home depot, so I said no. Stuck paying 99 service charge but the service guy was a real nice understanding guy. I would not recommend the company at all though.

GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO SHOW UP.
Made an appointment a week in advance for Monday, January 19th 2015. They said they would call on Friday with the exact time.
They called with a time of 8-9 am and asked me to call back and confirm which i did. They said the tech would call when he was on his way.
9 o'clock comes and goes. no phone call, no sign of them. I call the office and am told he is running ""a little late"" and he will be there w/in the hour LATEST, but more like 1/2 hour. I was supposed to be the 1st call of the day. What time do they start?

10 o'clock COMES AND GOES NO PHONE CALL NO SIGN OF THEM. i call back and am put on hold, she comes back and says, ""Sorry, their meeting ran late and it just ended."" EXCUSE ME, WHY WOULD THEY BE IN A SO CALLED ""MEETING"" WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE? i said, ""don't lie to me, why would the techs be in a meeting when they were supposed to be at my house AND you told me they were running a ""little late?""

GEE, COULD IT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE LATE GAME LAST NIGHT (COLTS VS PATRIOTS)???

they put on supervisor who says all of the same things and says ""they are just about to leave they will be there within the hour."" OH, SO NOW I'M SUPPOSED TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR for them to show up before the work even begins! THREE HOURS TO WAIT FOR THEIR ""1ST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY?

I DON'T THINK SO. WILL GET ANOTHER PLUMBER. DON'T USE ESPOSITO !!!

Do not hire Esposito Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Their website says that they do not have 'hidden fees' but my mother was charged $300.00 and we still can't figure out why. There was no services rendered and no problem was found. Senior Citizens should especially BEWARE. Please, please do not even think about using this company. I wrote the owner and he never responded. I guess he is too busy ripping off other Senior Citizens.
