Hi All! So single woman with a well in the ground leak! Ugh! I could see and hear the spritzing leak as I walked past. Of course it is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2020...I called them..took a picture of the stupid leak and showed up at their business. The gentelman Jim said..""no worries, we can be there on Friday morning!"" Friday comes around and this young fellow shows up and 20 minutes later..It is all fixed!

I had a kitchen sink drain clog that ended up leaking and making a big mess. I called Espenshade's at the recommendation of a friend. I called and they had someone out at my house within 2 hours. They identified and fixed the problem before lunch! The office staff and technicians were polite and professional, and the cost for services was more than reasonable given the prompt service. I will be using Espenshade's for all my plumbing and heating needs going forward! Thank you!

Just had air conditioning issues. (air blower died so the system froze up and we needed more R22 coolent) Called and had them come to replace the blower and add coolent. Technician showed up and was very respecting of personal property. He also made sure to check the full system and clean up after himself once finished. We were fixed up 100% within 24-48 hours. Couldn't ask for nicer more courteous service. Would recommend for your HVAC needs.

I had a clogged toilet and a pipe leaking from shower drain. They came and unclogged toilet (sent 3 men to do it) looked at drain and said to not use shower till drain was dried out. Five days later both toilets were clogged Sunday morning, one man came and unclogged both in 15 minutes did not work on leaking drain.
I was not given an invoice for either visit. Two weeks later they send an invoice for $447 which I did not pay waiting for the job to be completed, assuming it included work not yet done. I then rec'd phone call asking for payment. When I said job wasn't completed and felt $450 was unfair price they said it was because they
sent 3 people and charged overtime.
Any additional work would be extra.I will not ever call them again. Don't make the same mistake, get quotes from a reputable plumber.

I have used this company several times. Recently had an issue with my well pump on a Saturday and call them because my past experiences had been good. On this occasion I can honestly say everything I have had that was good to say about them was canceled. The on call guy arrived totally unprepared,spent half the time he was on site talking on his phone (now I understand he was on call ) he then left to help a Comercial customer and didn't return until Sunday to replace my well pump. I pulled the old pump because I was expecting a return Saturda. Bottom line I did 75%of the work and was billed for the the complete job and left without water for 24 hours while other customers were taken care of. I would not recommend calling this company after hours! !!!!!
