Called ESP this morning (Sunday) after I had an issue with my water heater. Anthony, over the phone, patiently, during the course of several photo text exchanges, was able to talk me through getting the heater up and running again. I offered to pay for his time but he said that he was just happy to have helped me. This is clearly a company that put's customer satisfaction above all else and I would highly recommend them.

I called John at about 11pm on a Tuesday night with an overflowing sewer in my cellar. He first diagnosed the problem over the phone and offered me advice on how to attempt to mitigate the problem myself. Unfortunately, I needed a pro, and John was the right guy for the job. He was on site within an hour (coming all the way to north Brooklyn from Staten Island), and worked quickly and professionally, solving the problem and making recommendations on how to prevent a future recurrence. He was careful to protect the surrounding area and clean up any mess after he was done. His rates were also straightforward and very reasonable.
