We has a busted pipe leak overnight we had to turn the water off from the street. sent a message to several plumbers overnight to find some one who can come first thing in the morning. Tommy Eskew responded at 6am in the morning. They did a great job fixing the issue, they even turned back on the water from the street. Thanks

I wanted to make everyone aware of plumbing services I have had done on a few occasions since this recommendation came from the PTC Bubble . Tommy Eskew with Eskew Plumbing and Repair has been out to my home 4 times in the past year, as late at 10 PM in a couple of cases. Tommy has provided prompt attention and resolving the issues. While the first time I was waiting to hear """"I need to run to Home Depot to get a part"""", he walks right to his truck and comes out with a new part. Being that my step dad was a master plumber I do recall some of the terminology and Tommy is on point and explains it in simplicity for you to understand. Taking this added time is important to me to understand what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. He doesn't hide the defective part from you that he just replaced but instead brings it straight to you so you can see what he is referring to. I can't stress how much I recommend this company to everyone. Here is another example: I had a loose gutter which he pointed out, and instead of giving me a card for a buddy, he hopped up on a ladder and quickly repaired it at no additional costs. WOW! That would have been at least $150 service call to have someone come and spend 10 min fixing that. These are good people and definitely not lazy. I can say this, knowing I have a master plumber performing each repair is a comfort in itself. If I remember correctly, he has over 38 years experience. NOT COMBINED. HIS PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Rates are the best around that I have found. Even the minor things he will take care of so give him a call and support this small local business because people like this we most certainly want to stay around. Eskew Plumbing has 32 FIVE STARS, 1 FOUR STAR AND ofcourse, Laine D's 1 ONE STAR! Why even post a review insulting these individuals trying to make a living. This much I am sure of, The lady on the phone you spoke to works hard in the field with her husband (who is the MASTER PLUMBER AND LICENSED I might add so they can keep their prices low so YOU, Laine, do not have to pay for a plumbing company to have an automated attendant telling you what to press and when they tell you to press it. (GOD help that company if you gave them a review) Not to mention adding another cost to your invoice to cover the costs of an automated attendant software license. Reviews like this sends me over the top because either you don't like how someone voice sounds or this lady holding a phone to one ear while handing parts to her husband to fix whatever they may be repairing., especially while local small businesses are trying their best to keep costs low to bring those savings to you. You are the very reason we end up WITH BIG BOX STORES! Call one of the bigger boys and see what you'll end up paying and the service you will ultimately end up with. Will they come after 7 PM as his response mentioned? Uh, NO! Will they send a MASTER PLUMBER to perform the work! Uh, NO! A simple voice message would have done perfectly and you know what, you would have received a call back from the Eskews. See if an automated phone attendant is going to get someone out to your house after 7 PM and if your lucky enough to get a call back from the big boys wait until you get your invoice (WITHOUT A MASTER PLUMBER). Not to mention your review is out of line and context. To me and I'm sure others will agree you just sound like an impatient and needy person who you expect everyone to drop what there doing and give you their undivided attention. Forget the other customer they are onsite with when LAINE IS CALLING. According to the review you left vs. their response you didn't even have services performed. How do you know if their service was okay? According to your comment """"Your plumbing work may be okay"""" and then Eskew posted """"we did try to come around 7 PM"""". So, you haven't even seen their work and you are rating them """"Come On, P U L E A Z E!"""" The best thing you could do is remove that misleading review or be more accurate and detailed.. For me to take this much time to explain how inaccurate your review is not to mention, RIDICULOUS, and how it ultimately reflects on you and damages small business trying to do the best they can, because your comment has caught my attention and I hate seeing little guys like the Eskews getting stomped over by people who think they are better than THOU when all they do is try to save """"Your Highness"""" money along with quality work. I am going to stop here. If you don't get the idea by now you never will. You should be absolutely ashamed making statements like that when you have had NO EXPERIENCE with them, or any company for that matter. Case and Point, Another review you left """"Don't eat the shrimp girls"""". OMG!! Maybe it is not to """"Your Highness"""" tastes but it could be to others.

I called and spoke with Tommy, the owner, after we broke a faucet off. It was spraying water everywhere and we had to shut all the water off to our house to get it off. He had a busy day scheduled but came over to at least get water back to the house. He was able to fix the entire problem in the short time he was here. Very reasonably priced and it doesn't get anymore responsive than Tommy. He cares about what he does but you can tell he really cares about people. 5/5 would recommend!

Absolutely horrible!!!! He was rude obnoxious and ridiculously expensive. I was in tears when he left and he caused us to loose the sale of our home!!!!!

Just had Tommy Eskew with Eskew Plumbing come and repair a kitchen plumbing problem. Such an awesome experience dealing with an honest, knowledgeable and dependable company. He and his wife Berta went the extra mile for excellent customer service. They did such an awesome job, I am having them come back tomorrow to install a new water heater.

You know, it is all well and good if you can't make it at the time you said you were going to, but at least give me a call so I'm not wasting my time waiting on you. The woman who answers the phone is so unprofessional...she seems to have no concept of time. They may do decent work but they have to get to your house first. Customer service stinks.

Outstanding customer service and professional. Had a last minute plumbing issue and they were able to come on short notice and resolve the issue. Provided me a courtesy call when they were on their way, had a crew of three and finished the job in 40 mins. Provided a detailed explanation of the issue and didn't try to charge me for unnecessary parts. Great local small business! Will def use them again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!!
