Identified a sewage leak in the insulation and humidificatopn barrier under my manufactured home. Brought out one hour later a general contractor who does remediation and mitigation. January 2 the major problem of sewage trapped under my home was taken care of. All damaged insulation pulled out. HVAC air scrubber placed under my home and in my home. Had it not been for Marcus I wouldn't have the remediation and mitigation done on January 2. Can't say enough about Escobar. Professional, a good educator, though and quick to respond to inquiries. I will use him as my plumber when I have an issue. He was excellent. 10 Stars!
