There is no glory in getting a main sewer line repaired but if it needs to get done I can't recommend Escobar Contracting highly enough. Everyone I dealt with were polite, professional and the working crew nearly superhuman. It's a complicated project with many moving parts but the job went seamlessly between getting the permit, inspections, dealing with the tenants, neighbors and me (the owner). I couldn't be more pleased!

i paid escobar a substantial fee to do a video investigation on my sewer lateral.it was agreed that if escobar did the video he would deduct the cost from the mitigation work. the camera operator did his work and identified the problem, about a twelve foot length of line, that had deteriorated cast iron that was blocking the flow. the estimator came back a few days later and gave us a price to fix the entire 50' of lateral, with a pep talk about how the city would benefit from the extra work for $7000. i said that i was too old to worry about the city and to stick to mitigating the area that was actually impacted. i then got an estimate from their office for $15,000 for the same work plus a unneeded connection to the city main. when i objected i got a third estimate from the first estimator for $7000 with different details saying more or less that they know best. as an architect and contractor i feel sorry for untrained people to have to deal with this kind of thievery. they offer to do work that is not needed and try to shame the customer if he objects. i guess we will meet them court. let them explain the wild variations in price and program to the judge.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing my main line from my house to the street. They were recommended by a neighbor, who used them in the past and I too would recommend them. They did not exceed their estimate and completed the work within the time frame they had initially given me. The guys who worked on the project (which is not fun or sexy work - digging up a busted sewer pipe) were always friendly and courteous.

We just had an excellent experience with Escobar. Our sewer line from our clean out to the city had to be replaced. They not only did a superb job but everyone from Mani the supervisor to Carlos and Angel who worked so hard and always with a smile. Cynthia and Suzy at the office who were on top of the scheduling and answered any questions in record time. Great team all the way around.

My clay pipe sewer line from the house to the street main was over 60 years old, broken and needed replacement. I contacted 4 contractors and Escobar was the best. They were the only ones who could do everything needed, including pipe bursting the existing sewer line, starting from the crawl space under the house to the street main. Everyone else wanted to start in the patio slab which would cause expensive repairs to the patio. Excobar also has the license to dig up the street and insert my new sewer line directly into the sewer main, which a lot of plumbing contractors do not have and will recommend ""slip piping"" instead, which is not as good I am told. On top of that, they replaced all of my metal piping under the house in the crawl space. Basically, all of my gravity piping in the house all the way to the main in the street is now replaced. And best of all, they came in at the same price as the other contractors. The job they did was terrific. These guys are really professional, friendly, and can think outside of the box to get the job done the right way. And I might mention that it came with a 10 year warranty. If you need your sewer replaced, especially out to the main, I highly recommend this company.

Hired Escobar Contracting after searching through the internet and getting 2 other quotes. Their quote was very competitive and they started the sewer job quickly and it was finished within less than a week. They installed 20 ft of pipe attaching it to the main sewer. They included a 4 year warranty as well.

These guys replaced our sewer from the property line to the main. They were pleasant to work with, dealt with all the permits and city and did the job efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption. I highly recommend them!

I'm surprised to find no one else has reviewed this company. I'm not even sure how I came across them, but so glad that I did. We've had a problem sewer line that we finally got fixed after 4 years of living at our house.
These guys were amazing! Friendly, price was right, and they were detail oriented. (Both the staff I spoke with on the phone, as well as the contractors that performed the work.) They informed me of what was happening along the way, but not in an excessive way that was bothersome.
We met with a few companies before doing the job, since it was expensive, but their price was competitive and I did not feel taken advantage of. They also completed the job in less time than other companies said they could.
I will definitely recommend them!
